Place is dead at 6pm on a Saturday, not a good sign. Dude at order speaker kept asking "is that all?" like a secret warning this was a bad idea. Gal at drive-thru was friendly but they forgot one order of fries... dumb mistake when there were only two other cars in the line. Chicken on my sandwich was old and dry with hardly any mayo, wife's burger was not fresh. The food was warm enough but really just... underwhelming. Probably our third disappointing visit, won't be back for a while when there are better options like Cookout on 42.
This was our first time trying this new Hardee's. Hunni when I tell you I am glad I did is an understatement. Everything was fresh and hot. The tea was my Southern sweet tea. Excellent customer service. I am so glad they added this to Cleveland Rd.
This place was great when they first opened!! I used to eat here at least 2 to 3 times a week but now only about once a month. Cannot get a hot burger anytime at drive thru or inside!!! I noticed no feedback from management for any apologies to make things better. I will call corporate to see if they can get them to improve!!!!
I ordered a bacon cheese burger only ketchup. What I got was how they normally make it. I took it back and asked for what I asked for and got another burger. The second time I got a hamburger just ketchup. I can't make this up. The kid at drive the drive thru was like so you want it just ketchup? BACON CHEESE BURGER ONLY KETCHUP. How hard is that? I asked for my money back. Just another place I won't go back to..
Everything was great! Food hot & staff extremely friendly. Honestly, was a pleasant surprise! Keep up the good work!
Drive through was fast and the lady at the window was super friendly. While it's not my first choice for a quick burger, their breakfast is pretty good.
Burger was great, fries were fresh, service was spot on, clean facility. Only negative was the chicken was fried in what looked and smelled like old oil. Likely a one time issue, will try again.
I wish they had put another restaurant there instead. They can never get my order right. They charge for sauce and don't even let you know in advance. What fast food charges for condiments?
The drive thru is terrible, the store is disorganized. I just ordered a steakhouse thickburger that was cold as ice. The other day I ordered a 3 piece fried chicken combo and got the smallest, most burned pieces that had. There was no fork for the potatoes, and no napkins. I know the store is new but I've had 3 disappointing visits there in the past few weeks
I don't know what has happened I remember the milkshakes were always full now they are getting less and less. I like Hardee's but this is just not right.
