We've had the usual issues of pizzas taking longer than estimated and missing icing pods. Check your boxes before you leave.Update: Well Kyle, I'm trying hard not to be snarky with my response to you. If you'd look at the store I am commenting on, you'll know which store I'm referring to. If you read my review, you'll know what issues to fix.I'm going to have to drop a star due to your cookie-cutter response.
Don't do it friends! Call Papa John's and save yourself some trouble.Online order said 86-96 minutes. No worries, I understand. Probably short handed. After 2 hours, I called and was told it would be another hour or two. They said they had just tried to call me. When I inquired as to why you would wait 2 hours to alert a customer, the manager copped an attitude.Papa John's had it here in 45 minutes hot & fresh.
I mostly just feel bad because it seems like this is an issue of there not being enough workers. But I ordered and after an hour and a half and trying to call the place many times eventually I went and there was just one person working. He was really nice and trying his best but some kind of indication before ordering would have probably made his life easier because the online ordering told us it would be 40 mins.
I just moved to Garner and ordered online from here for the first time. Placed my order at 6:50. I worked in fast food so I know and understand about being short staffed. So I was patient. Kept checking my order online and there was no progress! So after almost two hours I called. The guy that answered the phone told me my order was not made yet and couldn’t tell me when it would be out for delivery or even why it hadn’t been made. It was almost 9pm by this time! I canceled my order and he honestly sounded relieved. And I could hear another employee in the background giving the same runaround to another customer. Ridiculous! And from the other reviews seems like this is a reoccurring thing. Purposely taking a long time to get orders out so they can get canceled.
Placed an order a couple of weeks ago that took 2 hours. I sent a complaint through the website and received a code good for 20% off good through 4/24/22. Guess what? IT DOESN'T WORK. I guess it's my fault for even WANTING to order from that place again.
2 nights ago they took 3 and a half hours to bring our food and a girl worker hung up the phone in my. Face with an attitude , yesterday we ordered in the day around5 and they didn't deliver our food at all , shut it down.if I could give 0 stars I would lol I'm not even a karen but that's insane fr
I have never had a problem with this dominos until today. Greg has been preparing my pizza for over an hour and I called twice. The first time I called was after waiting 30 minutes and he said he will get to my pizza when he has time. I called the second time after it has been an hour from ordering and he answered and put me straight on hold and then said he is just about to make it and I said I wanted to get a refund and he said that’s fine and I’m too far from him anyways And hung up. Just by talking to him I can tell he is an ignorant person and it makes the company look bad.Thank you so much Mr. Kyle and Mr. Aaron for resolving the issue. I appreciate it❤️ The problem is not with the company but with the individual. I have came to this franchise for years. I love it. Dominos is truly the best and out does any other business!
Got slammed with advertisements and it sounded like someone picked up the phone because I could hear sounds from the kitchen, but nobody responded. To make matters worse, I was trying to order it via amateur radio auto patch, so this embarrassment was broadcasted for anyone to pick up publicly in about a 30 mile radius.
POOR!!! customer service and all around rudeness. the owner of this location is very unprofessional in my opinion. i asked for an eight piece hot Buffalo wing all flats like i have many many times before cause my girl LOVES there flat wings, only difference was the location. (shout out to the hwy 42 location, all around GREAT store. from the quality of the food to the customer service.) there not suppose to turn you down for that service unless they dont have enough to fill the order. so i asked why cant u which he replied "nah i cant". so i asked you cant spare 8 flat wings, he replied "nah cuz it will throw off the balance and stuff". and the way he treated me with such disrespect. from him rolling his eyes at me to the part where he just started ignoring me and walking away. and this is the owner of this location. very poor store in my opinion. i get it customers can get on ur nerves u can have a bad day. but im in the customer service field as well. even if they do or u are having a bad day, you dont show that to the customer. i will never return to this location. i would write off dominos for good if it wasnt for the hwy 42 store.
Ordered a pizza at 3:45 it's now 6:12 no pizza. When I called I was told "it'll be a while". After asking specifically what a while is she said the driver will be back at 6:30. I understand labor shortages but you shouldn't take people's money for orders that will not be delivered within 2 or more hours. It shows 110 minutes still to be delivered on the app. This is unacceptable service. If you can't deliver the pizza don't accept the order. I called to cancel and was told it's already canceled. I advised I never canceled it and she said that's what my boss just said. This is really sad service.
