My first time to Garner NC. Chipotle. It was filthy. Every table was empty but not a single table wiped down the trash cans were overflowing trash all over the floor. The serving line was moderate long but the server line was a mess with different foods spilled all around each tray they were out of cilantro. A cleaner had purposely dumped soapy water all over the floor behind the serving line The drink station was a mess. We bought our food and took it home but talking about the state of the place we both threw our food away. Scared of getting sick!! Never go to this place! The girl server did say “everything in here is broken bad night to come here”. No evidence of a management all teenagers
Wait in like for forever, every time… and EVERY time I go, and get my SALAD, they never have dressing! Why? And how? It’s disappointing waiting in line for 25 minutes, ordering and wasting time and to just find out they’re out of key ingredients. It’s frustrating when they offer salsa yet can’t out your a sign or anything that they have no dressing for it. It’s just disappointing and being new to the area, with the only chipotle around, very disappointing. 3 times I’ve gone, each time disappointed.
I went to this location today and the staff was very unprofessional. I stood in line for almost an hour to get dinner and by the time I got to the front to place my order, the food was at the bottom of the bins and the staff was just standing around not willing to prepare anymore food or to replenish the food. The line was almost outside waiting for service. I was told the store was closing at 10:30pm. It was 9:00pm. They were not closed. Myself as well as others were all asking for fresh food but the grill guy refused to prepare any more. This is poor quality of service and poor customer service. Some of the staff were just standing around doing nothing and talking amongst themselves instead of trying to get us serviced and out. I will not dine here ever again and I plan on making a call to the corporate office. It's ridiculous to treat guest who are paying for your food and service like we are not welcome or our request doesn't matter. Word to the wise......... go someplace else where you are welcome to spend your money.

I got food poisoning from the charizo tacos and was sick for 5 days. I got so sick I almost had to go to the hospital. I called the store and told them and they gave me no apology, said I "can't prove" it. I didn't eat anything that entire day except that meal.
I'm new to Chipotle so this being my 1st time it was a great experience food was delicious I had one of their bowls with season chicken very filling!
I came around 2:00pm 3/18 . The guy making my food seemed so annoyed that I was ordering my food, annoyed that he was doing a job he signed up for. He barely said anything & was definitely annoyed that I wanted side items. Customer service was not good.
Trash! Food was spicy, but I never asked for spicy. Chips were too salty.Not same quality as used to be.
Staff was very friendly and patient even though we were indecisive. Great job guys. Thank you for the great service
Come here to compliment the 5 workers busting their behinds while being short staffed and seemingly short on stock (Jan 7th). Notes on the door stating they're only taking online orders and over half the drink situations were empty, plus they were out of chips. They not once acted rude, grumpy or showed signs of being stressed despite a whole room of people staring at em waiting on their food.. idk who the owner is but I hope they were behind that counter helping them fill these never-ending orders, and I sure as h e ll hope these people get an increase in pay!!!! Y'all were rockstars!
