The food was good. About what I expect from Chili's. However, we were at this chili's for over an hour. The food we ordered was NOT complicated, and yet we had to wait way longer than we should have. I have been to multiple other Chili's locations, and the service has never been this bad. The waiter interrupted us when we were ordering multiple times. I'm not sure if it was him as a person, or if he was just very busy, but beware you may not receive the friendliest experience at this location. The food was good, the service was not so much.

I was expecting poor service. Arriving at 11:30 a.m. there were few customers and few employees. About an hour later the crowd started picking up. Our waitress was spectacular. She offered some of the finest service I have had in a long time. When I was asked to meet there I was not thrilled but I am very happy I agreed to do so. The food was fabulous, my glass continuously stayed full and the waitress was very tentative. I definitely will return.
I ordered the meal for $25. It came with an appetizer, 2 entrees and a dessert. I ordered the TX cheese fries (half.) For the entrees we got the 2 - 6 oz classic sirloin steak with smashed potatoes, broccoli and smashed potatoes and Mexican rice (rice was ok- too dry for my taste). For the finale, we ordered the skillet chocolate chip cookie with 1 scoop of ice cream on top. It was so freaking good! I will definitely be going back.
I know my order was through DoorDash, but what the heck!! This was my burger! Anyone see something missing here? Where’s the top bun?!?! I did bump this up to three stars as the burger was cooked perfectly! Still aggravated I didn’t have the top bun, but the food tasted great.
mI paid eight dollars for soup and salad using Door dash. Please do not order and waste your money because this is what I received for salad, Half A container of lettuce pieces and two cucumbers. Chili you need to do better. The chilis’ on Glenwood ave where I moved from provides better food.
We had a good time but we were not in a hurry. They were very busy & food times were slow. We always sut at the bar. All food came out hot & tasty. My husband ordered the chicken fajitas, the rice was about 2 tablespoons, they provided an additional side when asked. Margaritas were excellent.
Super friendly staff!! Shout out to Shepard, he knows what he is doing for sure. Food was amazing. Portions were a little smaller but everything was super fresh. It could have been cleaner. Bathrooms were kinda gross BUT everything else was good :)
First time visiting since Covid. We used to like it here as they maintained a clean and professional restaurant but ugh, things have gone downhill. Our server was friendly but not a good waiter. He took a long time to take our order and only came back once, refilled half the glasses at the table and walked away. The food was okay, burger was overcooked but okay. Fries were soggy. Place looks rundown. The bathroom was disgusting. Outside has damage. Staff not wearing masks and mask policy not enforced. This is the management just not caring.
Ordered delivery on the chilis website. Half the order was left at the restaurant. Called restaurant and they simply do not care. Most unprofessional experience. Will not order from there again and what’s more we will no eat there either
