My family and I enjoy chick fil a but today was not a great experience. We didn’t wait long to place our order which is good because most days it’s a 20 min wait to order due to high volume. We got our food and all was good until we started to pull away and my husband was checking the bag. We had no salt on our fries, when we asked for extra salt which they could of just put the extra in the bag however it was not there. I had ordered a bowl of soup with extra crackers. All of my crackers were stale I wouldn’t even bite into them, my soup was cold we do not live far from chick fil a so that wouldn’t be the case the soup was way too cold. My soup also had 2 small pieces of hair in it. I had asked for a Dr Pepper and my drink was not what I asked for it was a tea but VERY VERY warm. Little to no ice in the drink. We Enjoy going to this chick fil a bit sadly will not be returning. This is not the first time we have experienced something like this. We have gotten in contact with the manager but they are telling us there is nothing they can do to help us. We do not want free food or our money back. We would just like better service. They have been slacking in that department lately
Yummy! Chick-fil-A always has the best food and don't be discouraged by the long lines. Place your order in their app and get in line. It moves faster than you'd think.
Normally they are great. Tonight they get 3 stars instead of the normal 4 or 5. I have no idea what happened to the size of nuggets they sell. But I got a 7 piece and they are mini nuggets, see picture. If my next visit is better rating will go back up.
I'm not trying to be petty, but it took this specific location too long to get me my food. I ordered my food and waited around for about 15 minutes and then they proceeded to tell me that they were cooking my food fresh. And I was fine with that. Granted it was right after the morning Rush of breakfast so maybe I give them benefit of the doubt. But when I got my food it was hot but it lacked all the flavor that comes with freshness. The fries had no kind of salt, and they tasted stale. The chicken almost tasted like it was not good in terms of expiration. I'm a frequent visitor of chick-fil-a. And I know how fresh this tastes along with excellent service.
The usual quality chick Chick Fil A food, but we always seem to have a problem with the order. Last time they forget salad dressing and I had to get back in the drive thru line to get it. This time they gave us the wrong nuggets (regular instead of grilled) in one of the kid's meals. Thankfully they are open inside for pick up now but still annoying to have to go back in. I now feel like I have to check the entire order every time to make sure we got everything.
Every time I come for a chicken Sandwich it's cold. Fries never Fresh. And the Cookies are Always hard, never hot, warm or fresh. This is the only Chick Fil A I have problems at. Clayton needs another option
The fries and milkshake were yummy!! My chicken nuggets were a little over cooked though. The drive through here is VERY long.
Manager wanted to make excuses instead of finding a simple solution. Justifying bad customer service doesn’t make it good
We frequent this location for a few reasons. Firstly, convenience of location proximity to work, school, and home. Secondly, the staff. My daughter knows a few people that work there - which is awesome. They're good peeps, but the staff is always amazing. It's always super busy. Which, is a good problem to have! Theyre a great team. Food is good. Like real good. Like I could get in my car right now as I'm writing this review because I need to fulfill my Chick-fil-A craving.
