Drive thru only, asked to pull over to vip lane for wait on spicy sandwich and 2 kids meals. Waited 15 minutes for sandwich and 1 kids meal, asked about sauce, told it was in the bags, waited for 2nd kids meal, when it came told them no sauce, had to wait longer for sauce. Not sure I will visit this Chick-fil-A again. Not the service I except.

5/30/22. Disorganized in the drive thru, seemed to be lots of miscommunication. Car in front of us was at the window for almost 10 minutes, food was just sitting there getting cold. Had to go in because of missing food and there were other customers who also came in because their orders weren’t correct. Definitely not consistent with what chick fil a prides themselves on
I was in town for work. This location was close to my hotel. I have never, ever had a more disappointing chic fil-a experience. Greasy, soggy fries, wrong drinkand no toppings for my southwest salad? What’s up with that? I also noticed the line was very slow and there was only one person expediting the orders to cars yet the line was long?
The drive thru was quick and personable with excellent customer service! When getting to the pickup window the culture went down a little. I started to call and complain but my daughters helped me realize that they are trying. It’s 95 degrees and these young ppl have been through a lot with Covid. I felt bad. We need to have more grace with these kids. I will just suggest that the manager help them to always promote the culture that Chick-fil-A has done so well with. We should always feel the same no matter which one we go to. I speak prosperity and blessings on all the kids that work there!! You Can and You will be successful!!!
Traffic congestion caused by this restaurant is a joke. Foods good but they need to do Something about this traffic situation. Not fair to the other businesses in that shopping center.
We ordered a large ice cream with chocolate syrup and they didn't give us what we ordered. Also when we picked the bag up in the car the food fell out through the bag and got all over us. Will not eat here again

Ordered dinner for my family last night the food was old, cold, and not fully cooked and it made us sick to our stomachs. The employees here are not friendly unlike other Chick-fil-As Still sick from last night I’m exhausted from the restroom ? I will not spend any more of my money here again!
Manager wanted to make excuses instead of finding a simple solution. Justifying bad customer service doesn’t make it good
