We have ordered numerous times from chancellor in garner. Delivery is usually good and very timely. We have had wrong order delivered and after questioning us and telling us to send back the wrong order they agreed to send the corrected order. Today we ordered subs and used a coupon for a free brownie with the order. We didn't receive the brownie but no big deal as we didn't pay for it. The problem with this last order was at the last bite of his sandwich my husband found a very long hair in it. It has put him off ordering from there again
I don't know if they were trying to make things right or if they gave me someone else's pizza but this half-done bbq chicken thing I received instead of the cheese pizza I ordered is not good. Kudos on the attempt if it was that. Going forward, ask how before attempting to make it right. Acknowledgment of an error goes a long way. It was the first error I've experienced here so forgiveness is easy.
Food was so good!! Had cheese sticks and cheese steak. Excellent even went in just to let them know how good it was! Staff was also super nice! Owner walked out to our cars just to bring us menus, super sweet. Support local businesses!
Just moved into the neighborhood and ordered today. The person that delivered was super nice! Pizza was great! I ordered a grilled chicken, mushroom, spinach pizza. Can’t wait to try their other items.I will be a repeat customer.
We love their cheesy bread, it's a must have. The last time we ordered, Tony made it and it was the best ever! The staff is so friendly and we truly appreciate the fact that they still deliver. The owner himself has delivered our pizza on several occasions. Great Service!Thank you!
This hole in the wall pizza place is amazing. Food is always fresh and hot. If you order delivery don’t worry your food will be on time or early in most cases when I have ordered.
Their pizza and delivery service used to be so good, but not so good anymore. Last 3 times the pizza has been super greasy; don't get my cc receipt when they come; and order has been wrong when taken on phone AND in person. Done!
I ate here last week (week of 2/25) and I had a meat lover's pizza around lunch time. The pizza looked fine and tasted pretty good to be completely honest. However, when I got home after work later that day I began violently vomiting from around 7pm until 4am the next day, coupled with diarrhea, body aches, chills, etc. Went to the doctor the following day and confirmed I had food poisoning. Chanello's was the only food I ate that entire day.Upon looking at their most recent health rating it shows that something they had gotten hit for was: "Violations included some utensils being stored in a plastic drawer with water and debris in the bottom and several pizza toppings being stored without proper date markings. The inspector also found mouse droppings on top of drawers being used to store utensils."I do NOT recommend this place for food because of this. Hopefully this was just a one-off but nonetheless be very cautious of your food from here.
I had one bad experience 7 months ago, since then, I have ordered from them over 50 times. The next time I want pizza and chicken wings, it will be from Chanello's. I love this place, the food is great!
Pizza was about as good as cheap frozen. Sanitation rating of 87. Do not recommend.
