The bacon cheese fries were good. It’s the fries for me. Overall everything was good but the service could have been better.
Came here with clients at their suggestion. Certainly a large menu for everyone. Service was very good. Food was enjoyed. Looks like a chain but, acts like a hometown place.
Had a hard time finding a place to eat on A Saturday night. Decided in here. Was game 7 againsts the Bruins and the place was packed. Still git seated within 5 Minutes. Waitress was kinda bla atn1st but think she was just busy. She turned out to be pretty nice. I got a southwest Burger was pretty good. Wife got a some southwest chicken I forget the name. Daughter got a burger, was.pretty good daughter Is picky. Inhad my 2yo grandson and ordered a kids spegetti and meatball, was pretty goof meal.for a kids meal. Wife ordered a margaritas , she said it was nit good at all. It's ok the waitress took it off the bill. She said she was sorry and we should have told her. It's all good. Over all it was pretty good.
Decent place to hang out. Liked zingers more than wings which were little dry. Shrimp was ok but not that great.
Google states this location is doing curbside delivery. I called when I arrived to state I was outside. The hostess said I had to come in. They were not doing curbside. I went inside. I asked do I have to go to the bar to pick up my food? The hostess said yes. I stood at the bar. Once acknowledged the bar waitress stated my order was at the front. So I walked back to where I started. There were nearly 4 hostess at the front desk. No one acknowledged me. I had to locate my own order my checking the receipts of the to-go orders on the table. Won’t be back. Please train your staff to have better customer service and organization. I should’ve been handed my order as soon as I stepped inside the restaurant.Date of service: April 23, 2022

Called 2 hours ahead of time to ask if I should make a reservation as it was my mother's Birthday and we had a party of 8. They told me they won't take reservations. I was fine with that, I asked if they had a lot of outdoor seating, they said yes. Than when I arrived they would not seat me outdoors because there was a party of 25 outside, BUT I looked and there was more than plenty of other outdoor seating available. I choose to come here specifically for the outdoor seating, they could have told me when I called 2 hours ahead the outdoor seating wouldn't be available and I wouldn't have driven an hour to come here. What a waste and poorly handled.
This is just about my favorite restaurant I've been able to find in NC after moving to the area from CT in 2019. This is my go to spot to bring people from back home. Friendly staff, tasty food. Love all the banners from all the college and professional sports in the area! And they have a cool little old time phone booth in there that's pretty cool to check out or to step into if you wanna have a quite phone call and not have to hear someone using the bathroom lol. Still not use to not seeing Boston and NY teams but that's fine I'm a Braves fan anyways. Bring in some Braves decor! ?
