We have come here for 10+ years and this place is absolutely worthless now. Completely understaffed. Incredibly overpriced wings now. No manager on duty tonight when we asked to speak to one and it clearly showed. We were here almost 2 hours, not by choice, and took on average 14 minutes to get a drink after ordering. 13 minutes when we ordered two plain vanilla ice creams for the kids. The tables were not bused the entire time we were there, nor the bar; they are lucky the health inspector did not come in tonight. We were here from 7-9pm too so not off hours. Bartender was the slowest I’ve experienced in a long time. Only a single waitress for the entire bar area. Much more not worth speaking of. This place should not last much longer with the management here, or lack there of I should say. Stay away for your health and time.

Came today after church where we had excellent service!!! Samantha was our waitress and every staff member was attentive and respectful! We ordered and our food came in under 5 minutes. Will be coming back soon!

We were able to get seated in the bar area fairly fast. Our server was our of this world ..food was good ... Only thing wrong was that the beer on draft they were just being fixed but hey it happens ... We will be back ?

This particular Buffalo Wild Wings has just become my favorite place! My friend and I was greeted by more than one person! Very welcoming! This really makes a big difference! I enjoyed my Valentine's Day dinner! The environment was chill, the waitress told me she was new, she provided awesome customer service! She made sure our drinks were refilled, never let the cups and bottles get empty! The food was hot and delicious! I couldn't of spent my day elsewhere! I highly recommend this particular Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant! Thanks to everyone that made this day great! Awesome first time experience! ?

Called around 3 pm letting them know that we would have a party of 12 at 6:30 and if they could accommodate. The guy answered yes. The party arrived at 6:10-6:15. (Keep in mind, we knew it was going to be busy) we waited until 7. One of our party members ask if we would be getting a table soon. They answered, “We can put a couple of tables together, but just so you know, we are out of wings. We have been for a couple of days.” Wow. It’s not the fact they were out, I understand with today’s world and weather, it’s not always the easiest to get things. However, NOT telling us they were out of wings when we called and when we got there, is terrible. People go there for the wings. And to let us stand there for 45 minutes without telling us this, is unacceptable.

Only 2 stars for service. The wing sauce was obviously Tabasco with butter, the wings were small and the only positive was the poor bartender working the restaurant alone. Easily the worst BWW I've been to. The poor dude at the bar was great, but the restaurant sucks.

1. Ordered through BWW online portal for pick up2. Ordered: the items below in the picture3. Called after placing order to request extra crispy on wings4. My husband arrives for pick up and the young lady notifies him they don't have the Mac n cheese because they are out of it5. I called and spoke to the young lady and requested a full refund and felt that I should keep the wings as a compensation to which she agreed6. I asked for a receipt as proof of refund and when my husband arrives home I saw that that they refunded us partially7. I called to speak to the manager "Keke" and she said that because I took the wings she couldn't fully refund us8. I disagreed, number they failed to notify me when I called in to request the crispy wings and secondly they could have called to notify us. I would have understood and made other arrangements. But she refused to compensate us in any manner.9. They refunded me the cost of the food, but failed to refund the complete amount with taxes.10. Terrible customer service on the managers behalf. 12.99 of a compensation is not too much to ask for. When they had plenty of opportunities to notify me that they were out.11. I am not upset that they ran out of food. I totally understand. I just feel that it wasn't handled correctly. The moment I called to make changes would have been the perfect opportunity for me to be notified.12. This experience has really put a bad taste in my mouth. After many years of eating there. I just don't feel like ever going back to that location anymore.13. To top it off, they never gave me the veggies and ranch sauce.Bad experience all around.

Been to many buffalo wild wings in the past always enjoyed my meals untill tonight there where 3 of us and our food came out over 5 minutes apart my wife was about done eating before I even got my food my wife and daughter where served cold fries they had no salt for the table the wings where good as normal but got no celery or carrots the guys that came in before us where complaining that they still weren't served and we where just about done eating felt bad for the waitress as she was very nice and the only reason they even got the 2 stars

They took great care of my son and I. I got boneless wings. Should have gotten tenders. Their mild Buffalo sauce was very good!

What a disappointment!!!! We have been here a few times as of late. The last time we were here it was our first disappointment. But we were like hey everyone has a bad day. We came back again, same experience. Well and here we are again. The service is always good, the kitchen not so much. However the kitchen is not the only problem. Corporate Office is also not doing well. My husband and got our usual the chicken wrap. The grilled the wrap which makes it very greasy (yuck) the tomatoes are no longer diced you get a slice of tomato, we had 2 small pieces of chicken and just enough lettuce and cheese to say they put it in the wrap. It’s sad that that the quality and caring has gone down hill. After 3 tries of trying to be patient and understanding we are done. We will not be back. It’s unfortunate since My family has been a fan for a long time.
