It's kinda half and half here ever since the buy out of the new owners the quality has went down the biscuits crumble before you even get it in you're mouth, smaller sizes on everything and twice as expensive... and needless to say every time you stop at any location they always forget to put something YOU PAID FOR in you're order. then when you walk back up to the counter from either drive thru or dinein they look at you like you trying to rob them yet you show them whats missing and the receipt and they still don't want to give it to you. Other than that a great place to eat
Terrible experience! They didn't give enough napkins...2 napkins for three meals and no sport for dirty rice. Chicken for chicken sandwich tasted like old grease and fish sandwich was fried super hard! My dirty rice was mushy...horrible! Then drive through person gave me 60 napkins when I asked for more napkins and he said I don't know how many napkins yoy need! Terrible service and food!
Ordered two chicken club meals and a butter biscuit. One chicken club eneded up grilled, the other breaded. Also, they forgot my butter biscuit even though it was paid for. Food was good though. Bo-sized the fries and drink. Always delicious seasoned fries.
I passed by a few restaurants to come here for the seasoned fries. After waiting in the drive thru for a few mins I got my fries that I wanted so badly because of the seasoning. There was no seasoning on the fries. No salt, no anything. How hard is it to do the simple things like adding the seasoning to the fries?
Got a 4 piece Supremes and one was raw. Health hazard.
This location has slid pretty far downhill, they used to be pretty good but for the past few months they've been horrible. Chicken filets have been so tough and so dry you can't even eat it, cold too. The fries are always cold and soggy, they always forget something in my order or give me the wrong order entirely. Gave me a coke today instead of the sweet tea I ordered. Had to throw away the whole meal as the bacon on my biscuit was burnt to a crisp, biscuit tasted like it was 3 days old ...cold as well. Chicken fillet was so thin there was no chicken at all... was pretty much just a breading patty. Can't beleive they are paying theese employees $15+ an hour to do their jobs so poorly. This location and the knighdale location have to be the worst 2 I've ever been to.
Overall it wasnt bad! I got a Cajun chicken biscuit combo..fries was hot, and biscuit was perfect..
You will wait. You have been warned. They will come around and get your order, take your money, and then make you wait for 30+ minutes to get your food. If the wait is going to be so long, do not have someone take your order and money.
Good bojangles drive thru to stop at on a long drive. Boberry biscuit and bo rounds were delicious and service was pretty good.
Always good. Its the Go To Fast Food Spot if hungry.
