Dining room had garbage all over the floor, garbage cans over flowing, sodas out of soda in machine, sweet tea overflow tray was GROSS! Pizza was made sloppy. Took FOREVER to get our pizza once it was made & we paid & then when we got our pizzas the edges were burnt. Staff was NOT friendly AT ALL!!!! I’ve been to a few Blaze Pizza’s back home in FL & they are very clean & very friendly staff. This just wasn’t that! Quality of the food isn’t going to mean anything if the restaurant isn’t clean & the staff isn’t friendly.
The pizza is always good. Today we tried some S'mores (almost $3.00 each) and they were cold. We took them home and warmed them up and they are really good. When I eat S'mores I want them hot. However, I guess they serve them cold.
Blaze Pizza is awesome! Fresh pizza made right in front of you as you watch . Pick your crust, your sauce, your toppings or choose one of there delicious creations. All the toppings you want for 1 price, then cooked to perfection in a wood fire oven. It doesn't get any better than this. Also, awesome customer service. ????? I give them 5 hearts.
Love the pizza, but the people that work here for the most part are consistently the slowest, most apathetic bunch you could go and hire. There’s usually like one person working fast and doing more than their fair share of the work, and the rest moving at a snail’s pace. Makes it really frustrating if you ever want to go order. ??♀️
Good pizza but the experience ruins everything. You can't call in an order, you can't order a large pizza in person, you wait in line forever. Chaotic workers. It's just a bad experience every single time.
Honestly, the lack of enthusiasm from the young male employee killed my whole experience, he made it seem as If he was doing a chore.. pizza was good, ranch was blah.. would order to go next time
Flavorful, long line but Hard working staff. Personal pizzas were a good size. The white top and chicken BBQ were tasty. The pesto cheese bread was the best item we ordered.
I always enjoy coming here. Staff is super nice, the make-your-own pizza is a good deal (and you can only blame yourself if you don't like it), and the store is always well kept and clean. Great place for pizza!
The pizza is good but the last couple of times we have gone to the one at White Oak we have walked out because they are so slow! The line doesnt move. They use to be so quick but now they're really slow. We ended up not getting pizza here.
It's hit or miss. I have had great experiences and some bad ones. They had to remake the last time and the pizza still had char on the bottom. The stove needed to be cleaned. I still like it overall
