Delicious food as always but what impressed me the most was the staff. Courteous and polite, and especially patient with me as I was on the phone getting my wife's food request.It is very evident that management has taken a keen interest in attention to detail and service. A nice change since my last visit months ago. The place was clean inside and out and it was comfortable to sit and relax as I enjoyed my meal inside.
This particular store seems to be having problems. They are frequently out of things. It takes forever to get food. Half the time it's just barely warm or cold. And according to their listing here they're open till 11:00 but a lot of times you can go there at 8:00 or 9:00 and they're already closed. Plus, as you can see from the photo attached, the order point and the store just aren't attractive.
Why was this place closed at 4:45 on 4/1/2022? I sat at drive thru for several minutes, no one responded. I drove around and the Arbys here in Garner was closed, lights turned out. Why? ?
I ordered 2 crispy fish sandwiches and both were cold. I would of waited for freshly made hot ones.
Came here at 6pm on a saturday and there’s 1 car here but nobody inside or at the drive through. had a bunch of cars waiting in line for someone to take their order. This has happened multiple times. At least put up a sign or something.
Food was good and nice staff, but I didn't get all of my order, I tried to call them and no one would answer phone
The lunch crew is very nice , friendly and great at customer service. I can’t speak for the others.
The fish sandwich was ok. I expected it to be a little crisper than it was, but it was a good-tasting, fluffy fish sandwich.
This was a terrible experience! We were in line for at least 30 minutes with only a few cars on front of us . I ordered a classic roast beef sandwich and it was cold and the fries were cooked several hours before I got there …. We went at 6:30 . It was dinner time and the guy taking the money moved like he had all day. It explained why we were there so long . Definitely not worth the money . Free wouldn’t have made it any better. The bill was 19.11. I have him 20.11 to get a dollar back and he gave me change . I had to ask for my dollar . Ugh !
It is worth the trip. The food is always good and the employees are always very friendly.
