I am thankful to all the amazing ladies working on the night of 06/04. I was not aware they were closed but they did the damn thing. Zaby’s on Raeford rd will forever be my spot. Kind, caring considerate and honest is here and they care about you and what you order. Big thank you again now to tear up this damn salad and wings. Go see my girls up there guys, you won’t be disappointed.
1st they are always clean. Secondly, they never have all the menu items. I'm not sure who in the world is the ordering manager. What I can say is they can't do counts correctly. One week they are out of fries. The next week they are out of tenders. The next week they are out of wings. The thing is you only sell chicken , French fries and salads and sandwiches. These all take chicken to make. Make sure you are stocked. Looked at last year's sells and project from there. Management needs to shape up and their attitudes need to improve. Be kinds to those who are your consistent clients. Meet there needs and after that get to the next one. Make the money keep it moving and leave the attitudes at home.
It's a SORRY place to get food from..I know McDonald's screws up food orders but this place on Raeford Rd in Fayetteville was terrible..we had a BIG food order for 6 people..when I got the food I asked them if this one bag was ALL of it? They said YES!! Well..they were WRONG!!! They were missing another bag!!!!It's a good thing I didn't have it delivered... otherwise the driver would of had to go all the way back to get the rest of my food and then I would have told the driver to get the money from Zaxby's to pay for THEIR MISTAKE!!!!!
Waited slightly over 30min, my order was not correct, fries were cold and no priorities between drive thru, dine-in & take-out! No Mgmt visible!!!! Covid prices but no quality output!!!!
Pulled into order line was moving fine until I was next to order. Line stopped for over 20 minutes. ....stuck in drive through Line with cars behind then they turn off the lights and the order kiosk. That is very frustrating to say the least. .poor service especially ially with at least 3 cars to go..that would be another hour....no thanks I don't have time for eggs to hatch into chickens .

My 1st time visitin this location about 45 mins ago and it was the WORSE FOOD EVER! I was an employee for Zaxby's n Myrtle Beach for 3 1/2 yrs and I would fire the person dropping tenders! They were hard and had way to much breading on them! A serious waste of $15 because it all went n the trash, including the fries I ordered that had not one drop of seasonin on them and they were old!
Normally I have great service, this time not so much , placed online order , didn't receive my order until after an hour later
We order on Door Dash and pickup in store. We have had a great experience with the restaurant everytime. They make sure to have our order packaged nicely and ready to go in the pick up area by the time we get to the store. We appreciate that the employees are friendly and the food is fresh and prepared correctly. Keep up the good work.
The cobb salad was good. Everything else was just okay. The toast was either burnt or cold. They were out of fries so I had to substitute all sides for just toast...my sons kids meal fries for toast. So it was literally one piece of burnt toast (pictured), 2 small chicken fingers as big as my pinky, and a tiny thing of milk for $5 as my child's dinner. Won't be back!
