On Jan 17th. I ordered a fried cobb salad and I get a grill cobb salad and she repeated the order back to me what's going on
Service was good. Can do e. Food was hot and good
Food is always good but everytime I order extra zax sauce they never put it in my bag, happens every single time and it's just really annoying.
ABSOLUTELY UNSANITARY AND DEPLORABLE SERVICES RENDERED!!!ON SATURDAY DECEMBER 18, 2021 AT 8:03PM, MY WIFE AND CHILDREN VISITED THE RAMSEY STREET LOCATION AND ORDERED 2 SALADS VIA THE DRIVE-THROUGH. UNBEKNOWNST TO HER SHE’D SOON DISCOVER AN EXTRA TOPPING WHEN SHE’D ARRIVE AT HOME. AN OBVIOUSLY ‘USED’ (TURNED INSIDE-OUT) RUBBER GLOVE WAS INCONSPICUOUSLY NESTLED AT THE BOTTOM OF HER SALAD!!! HOW GROSSED-OUT, DISGUSTED AND DISAPPOINTED SHE WAS AT THIS DISCOVERY. OUR CONFIDENCE IN THIS RESTAURANT TO PROVIDE AN OVERALL QUALITY EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN FOREVER MARRED. WE ARE ALL TRAUMATIZED FROM THIS EXPERIENCE AND BEYOND DISAPPOINTED AT THE LACK OF CARE AND ATTENTION FROM THE STAFF. HOW DANGEROUSLY INEPT, INCOMPETENT AND UNSAFE IS THE STANDARD OF SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION??? IMAGINE HOW CARELESS AND NEGLIGENT OVERALL STAFF HAS TO BE FOR THIS TO HAPPEN IN THE MIDDLE OF A DEADLY COVID PANDEMIC?!? WHO KNOWS WHERE AND WHAT THAT GLOVE WAS USED FOR??? SAVE YOUR MONEY AND POTENTIALLY YOUR LIFE BY NOT PATRONIZING THIS LOCATION.
We made a catering order online for my boyfriends nephews birthday, got there 30 minutes before the order would be ready and advised we were early and they checked the order and said it wasn’t ready yet so we waiting. The time to pick it up comes and they say they can’t fulfill the order because some of what we ordered was not on the menu anymore. Could’ve told us this a half hour before when we were there. They also said they can’t refund it because it was made through the app and literally shrugged and walked away from us. We spent roughly $200 for a shrug and not my problem attitude. Gotta love the new standards for work ethic.
Had fast service in drive thru.. Food was delicious.. Staff were friendly..
For fast food it's pretty good. I had 10 fingers Buffalo style and some slaw.
My favorite was the tator chips but they discontinued that. Not much else for me to enjoy.
