Is zero an option? Consistently I will pay for extra sauces and unless I check to see them in there they will not give them to me. They will repeat my order even saying extra sauce and I’ll check the bag and nothing. They also broke my debit card causing a huge crack on it and said I handed it to them like that. This place is trash and the employees don’t care.

i placed a to go order at 1140 i only have a 30 minute lunch window, when i arrived at 12pm none of the staff or the managers could find my order, very unkind and un apologetic to the situation, asking me if i had placed my order, in other words calling me a liar. I showed them the confirmation number and my order magically appeared after being already 20 minutes into my lunch, the manager didn’t even say sorry or show some fashion of how to fix the situation instead laughed under her breath very unprofessional.

Like many others have said, this location is the absolute worst. Staff is rude and unprofessional. This place can't keep good employees. You don't want to work here? Call out or quit. Don't make every customer pay for you not wanting to be here. Oh and the inside is gross. Floors and table tops are sticky. Went through drive thru instead, boy was that a bad decision. Why would ANY drive thru take 30 or more mins????? Whoever the owner is needs to hire a completely new staff.

Very fast drive thru, everything right and fresh. They do open the inside to order but sometimes it is still closed. Great food and employees were super helpful.

While out and about I decided to stop in at your restaurant at 10:54 . I placed an order for 10 tenders, large fry and fried mushrooms. While DeVon was very pleasant as was the young lady at the window, the food was far from it. I live less than 2 miles and when I got home the tenders and fries were both just luke warm, but the mushrooms were very hot. Instead of going back out, I decided to just heat them up in my fryer. I'm guessing the tenders and fries were from the night before because what would be the explanation for the lack proper temperature when your establishment just opened less than 30 minutes to my arrival. The only reason for my wait was they had to cook the mushrooms. I spent $19.62 to only have to heat up my food. Obviously, this restaurant doesn't take pride in the quality of food they sell to their customers, what a shame. I have never experienced this here before. I'm certain the Health Department would find that the food temperature was not acceptable for serving as well. Very unhappy customer.

Orderd a 5ct Buffalo chicken finger plateExpecting it to come with fries and one extra slide of toast and ranch with the tendered dipped in tongue torch sauce. No I get 3 peices of toast no fries and the tenders aren’t even dipped in sauce and look weird. Waited 20 minutes at the window because the fingers weren’t ready just to be disappointed when I got home.

The worst service ever in my entire life. Waited in drive thru 30 minutes. Gave me the wrong food at the drive thru after waiting that long. Took back the wrong food and gave to the driver behind me after I open it. We’re very rude and laughing when I told them this was unacceptable. The young manager was also rude and unprofessional. Please don’t ever go here. It was so horrible! They truly deserve 0 stars.

The girls on shift today (Dec. 6 at 8:45 p.m.) were so NICE! They accidentally didn’t put in the order right away (I understand, things happen) and they noticed I’m pregnant and provided a free drink and three cookies for the wait. Great customer service skills! Not many chains have employees with good customer service.

Not worth the money. The food I ordered was horrendous. It was cold, and greasy. I ordered their Zaxby's Club...you might as well say it got hit by a club!!! First of all the Texas Toast was not even fresh, it was too greasy and very limpy. You know when you "toast" a bread on a griddle you should have a little crunch on that bread. Instead, it was very limp and the butter wasn't pleasing on it. The lettuce and tomato that they used seemed like it was on their last breath...not fresh... NO! It was too wilted...and I could tell they prepped their vegetables a few days before, placed the leftovers back in the chiller. But, I love how they described each dish in their menu: crisp lettuce and tomatoes...that's a lie...there was not "crisp" in my lettuce nor the tomato. They were wilted!!! And the bacon....soggy...2 itty bitty, soggy bacon. And the Chicken...it was cold, and soggy breading. My fries were not even a handful, it was cold...looked as if it had been sitting under the warmer all day. But, the employee that took my order was very nice...and fast. Maybe that's the problem, to cut the wait time, they prep everything early, let it sit under the warmer. Come on...for the price I paid of $17+ it was not worth it. Don't say I didn't forewarn you.
