Stopped by to grab late lunch and the customer service was piss poor at best. No hello no thank you for business didn't complete the order like I asked. We were treated at the window like our business was a bother. The girl sure was quick to respond to my extra sauce request with a price to ask for something extra. With this economy not mad that I paid for extra sauce I get that. But when the other lady in the back tells what she say she want ?? And the shrude woman handling the window just rolls her eyes after I agree to pay the dollar for extra sauce. Unbelievable never returning to that location again clearly they will hire anyone who will wear the shirt.
I have been to this location many times. The food has always been good. But I went yesterday and the crew working had horrible attitudes. I told the lady at drive through my order and was waiting for her to tell me the total before driving off. But never said ok drive around or anything. So next thing she says is can I take your order? I said I am waiting for the price of my order. She then rudely says I’m waiting for you to drive around. And I snapped back and said I was waiting for the total which they have always done before at the speaker. Then I get to the window and the worker has such a rude look on her face.
Would be zero stars. Every time there's an issue with is store. Tonight was the last.Tonight, wife orders two Cobb salads and a kids meal through the drive thru.When she got home Neither had bacon, 1 has no cheese?I called up there, explain the situation and lady tells me to call the 3rd party? (Uber Eats?). I told her we picked it up. I was told to bring it back and they'd remake it. No compensation for my time or anything.Get there and she tells me she's packaged all orders and they were all right. I asked her if she checked for bacon and cheese, she said her cook said it was right...?I then asked her that when she took them from me did she look? She didn't. Then I said I'd be happy to take them out of the trash and SHOW you there wasn't. She doubled down on the cooks word, but hold up, she packaged everything in the beginning and it was right?Asked for a district or corp number? Doesn't exist. Goodluck if you eat here.In the end, new food that was still made incorrect, 1hrs travel and wait time lost and still spent $30 for subpar food. ?
Sauce, enough said. The fried chicken is good and the fries have a little kick to them. Their new signature club sandwich is amazing! My spouse really enjoys the House Salad with fried chicken and you can not go wrong about the French fries. Every Monday, EMT, Fire fighter, police and military receive 10% off any meal, how cool is that.
Usually don’t try to post anything but stellar reviews but we placed a DoorDash order today and it was not good to say the least. We called ahead to place a special order and once food arrived was not what we ordered, food was cold and drinks did not taste good at all more like sugary water. Definitely go in store to make sure everything is communicated definetly will not be bringing my business back there anytime soon until proper changes are made.
I went to the Zaxby's on Skibo . We spent 36+ only to get some cold food I wasn't gonna call but I'm tired of getting old food and not saying anything. I asked for fresh hot fries didn't get that either. Not only did I get old/cold food but I had to bring it back another inconvenience. I will NOT be going back to this Zaxby's
I have had issues with Zaxby's in the past however, now they appear to be back on track. I had the Blue Salad with Blackened Chiclen. It was delicious. The only reason I did not give 5 Stars on this visit is because drive up was extremely slow.
After nearly a 35 minute wait we received our food. I ordered a 10 piece terriaki wings with bone in. Upon receiving it I looked and was a little disappointed, I didn't have an order of 10 piece wings but rather 5 wings that were broken into to make 10 pieces. The chicken was crunchy hard and was if not burnt left under a heat lamp for who knows how long. I've gone thru the drive thru and gotten better quality food from the Drive-thru in Lumberton.I was at the Zaxby's on Skibo Rd in Fayetteville, NC where this happened. The time was approximately 8:45PM Saturday February 26th, 2022This was very sub-par to the normal quality of Zaxby's
Just left there 20 mns ago , girl in the window gave me a hard time because I said I didn't have a quarter for an extra ranch dressing after I paid over $40 for my order. That needs to change. Maybe don't let the manager have to apologize and give a customer one extra condiment ,smh. When will people really realize how much great customer service can charge their business .
I've had only one not so good service but that was corrected. Since then the service and food have had no complaints from me. Really happy inside is back open instead of waiting in drive thru long line which wasn't this time, last inside order I made i waited 30 minutes for my order while orders after mine received theirs in a timely manner.
