I ordered a 50 piece wing on March the 20th 20 22 time at 9:10 p.m. they forgot a part of my order I called back and Ant. which is the manager Anthony Refuse to come to the phone and told the employee to tell me to call back tomorrow they are closed. Went for my baby girl's birthday. I asked her where she wanted to go and she could have picked any place but she chose Wingstop..,. she loves their lemon pepper and garlic parm wings and we HAD to have yeast rolls. Everything was hot and fresh. We were greeted when we walked in and when the food was ready to pick up at the dine in window. There is a gentleman who kept the dining room clean by keeping tables wiped down and making sure that the station with straws and cups are maintained as well as the tea station. Always a big plus to see cleaning being done in the dining room and not walk until place where trash has been left on the tables. Always great experience and if my 10-year-old had her way we would be eating there every single night!
I went there Saturday and ordered 5 flats...but I got home and there were 3 flats and 2 drums. This is the worst tasting chicken in Fayetteville. Look good (brown) but had no taste. First and last visit at the Wingstop. ????I should have went to the Circle K instead.
Did an online order. While waiting I asked for my drinks and the worker handed me my drinks. A woman then came over and said “you need to check because they steal from us” then when I checked my bag I only had 5 ranches and paid for six. I showed her the ticket and how there is only 5 ranches and she said “that’s my job. I’m just doing my job.”
Normally try to contribute to the locals around and discover new places, but our favorite wing place closed down so I checked out wingstop on skibo rd and they are OK! I don't really care for their fries at all but their wings are always good. The Cajun fried corn are just that. Cajun lol
These wings were supposed to be mild and were dry and you can call and never get anyone on the phone but I’d like a refund. I had surgery on Monday the 3rd and to spend money to get food for my family only to have the food ready but dry and not made right and I had surgery on my shoulder so it’s nothing I can do about cooking I’m disappointed.
Trina is awesome every time I come in she’s always happy to see everyone who comes in through the door and greets them with such enthusiasm and excitement it really makes me feel welcome. Wing stop on skibo has a customer for life because of her!
Staff at the counter was awesome very polite and letting everyone know if they hadn't pre-ordered it would be an hour wait due to it being a big game night
As soon as I stepped in the door I could smell dirty grease, the entire restaurant was smokey, and it did not look very clean at all. When I finally received my order after waiting almost 40 minutes I regretted even thinking about this place. The dirty frying oil taste on the chicken was unbearable and the lemon pepper seasoning was so salty I had to take a sip of my drink after every bite. Spent $30 for 15 wings and a side of fries and I was only able to eat three wings and a few fries before losing my appetite. Go to The Wing Co. in Hope Mills, wayyyy better wings, wayyy better experience.
Firstly, when you walk in it’s like a cloud of dirty oil smoke smacks you in the face. Secondly, the time it takes to get your food is ridiculous. The cashier said 20-25 minute wait, I placed my order at 6:20 and got it around 7. Thirdly, the lemon pepper wings are taste so artificial you can’t even taste the chicken, just grease and fake lemon. Fourth, the fries were also way over cooked and are over hyped. I ordered 15 wings and a large fry and barely ate two wings. Waste of thirty dollars in my opinion.
