Placed my order at 7:19 pm and said for here, got it at 7:29pm, sat down, they told me lobby was closed, door says 8:00pm. I wouldn't have order of I had to take to go. no website to contact someone who cares, manager just shrugged her shoulders, wonder why they are slowly going out of business. I have been eating at Weiner works for over 10 years, done now. Will celebrate when you close your doors for good
On Aug 3rd I pulled up at this place at 8:05pm in the drive thru and I was told they weren't taking any orders without explanation. I pull up to the door and the hours painted on the door says 8:30pm. There was alot of people in front of me and behind me that got turned away too. I could be wrong but it just seemed wierd that they wouldn't be taking anymore orders after 8:00pm
Footlong, good as always! I Met A New Manger, at Ramsey st. Store today. He's a Family Member of Person who started Wiener Works, A Son or grandsons I believe that's what he told me. I was admirering the New Tee's that were hanging up inside. This man told me he found an old tee with this Saying on it from the 1980's. So, they had it Reprinted. On these Cool tye dye Red & Yellow Tees. I could see, He Is Working Hard to KEEP WIENERWORKS FROM GOING DOWN. LIKE A LOT OF OTHER FOOD JOINTS HAVE LATELY. MY FRIENDS & FAMILY & I HAVE BEEN EATING AT THESE JOINTS FROM THEIR BEGININGS. WHEN THEY 1st Opened Here in Fayetteville, N.C. They 1st opened as Wiener King. This was one of our friends First Job, way back then! ON RAEFORD RD. COME ON PEOPLE LETS KEEP THESE W.W'S OPENED!! LETS NOT LET ALL THE GOOD OUT SPOTS GO DOWN!! My husband ordered a footlong and he said it tasted good. They put chili and onions on it.
This is a hotdog place but prefer sonic. It took 10 minutes to get my food in the drive thru. 1 start for that. The service was friendly and accurate. But no masks were worn when I reached the window. 3 stars. That burger was kind of expensive and the tomato was thick. It took over sandwich flavor. The hot dog was great. 3 stars. 7 out of 15 stars. 2 stars overall.
Ordered 2 footling combos. The dogs were delicious and the fries amazing even had salt on them! Great job and the customer service was very good.
Usually I have great service. The older ladies were excellent.This time I ordered the beef hot dogs and one was cold inside. If it had to cook I couldve waited. I was waiting anyways. So I circle back around to let the guy know and I just didn't get the reaction I should've gotten. I didn't want a free hot dog. I don't know if he wanted me to circle a third time because there was a line once I left or come inside. Since I came thru the dt and only circle the store, I don't think I should have to go inside. That's why I went thru the drive thru. I told him tho but I wasn't going to spend my whole lunch in no ones line for a hot dog that should've been atleast warm inside not cold. I'm not that oh it's gotta be fresh customer just edible. I shouldn't have to heat up my food because it's undercooked either.I also don't like how I asked the workers prior were the usual hotdogs beef and was told yes. And now they have real beef dogs. I still don't know. An i don't know would've been better. But thanks I'll stick to you guys fry delight.
I was not happy at all on my trips I to your store. I had order a foot long. And it tasted old. The fries was cold. So on the second day I went in to order some food. This time I order a burger well done. And when I bit into the sandwich I knew something was not right had I looked into the meat it was uncooked and I was unable to eat it. So I went to speak to who in charge. And showed them .
Wonder customer service from Lashonda. She was so nice and helpful. She made sure my order was right and it was hot and fresh. I like this wiener works the best
Cashier wanted to get an attitude over her pocketing my 2 cents. It wouldn't have been a big deal if it had not been for her attitude, but now it's the principal of the thing. Never again, hope they choke on their weiners
