The staff was very nice. The subs in my opinion are not very good. There was no flavor at all. The bread was good but that's all I can say about it.
My first visit yielded a good experience. It was midday on a Wednesday, which happened to be good timing because the place was not busy. The staff was friendly to assist me in making my first order. Again since it was Wednesday I had an opportunity to order the wicked for $5, I added an order of fries and elected to get water. I decided to dine in since it was just me and another family in the establishment. I was impressed with the taste of the sandwich. However I like the fries at baldinos better.They appear to be short-staff at least only saw two employees, and that could be the norm, I just don't know. I noticed the tables needed cleaning. And the order station needed restocking with the slips to place your order.Overall it was a good experience and I plan on returning shortly to see what the next visit brings.
Quality is down the drain. Had to have 3 sandwich's remade they were missing ingredients and had additional ingredients that really should not have been for example a piece of plastic wrap inside the sandwich. Also word of warning ask prices because we thought the shakes would be reasonably priced until we sat down and looked at the receipt and found out that a large shake cost 8 dollars.
Their menu has been severely limited from what they even show on the board at the restaurant. They seem to only be able to make half of what they list as well as not making any shakes. Also if you ask for some black pepper on your sandwich, be prepared for half the shaker to be emptied on it. It's disappointing compared to what they used to be.
Super cute system and different from anything else. Food is fresh and staff is professional with service being quick.
It may be the labor shortage, but this place has really gone downhill. They make it difficult to order sandwiches now because it's hard to find the correct paper depending on whether you want to build your own sandwich or if you want one of their faves. When I placed my order, I was very careful to mark the items I wanted on the sandwiches, and the items I did not (on the faves). The cashier verified my order with me, but the sandwiches still came out wrong. As far as I could see, there were only 2 employees on a Friday evening on military payday weekend, so I'm going to chalk the poor sandwich making up to their being short staffed. However, if this is a franchise, the owner or manager needs to get with it and order the famous Which Wich bags for order placing so people can order their menu items properly and without such a challenge.
Not exactly what I'm used to from this franchise but won't hit the spot if your craving a sandwich or sub but it will fill your stomach...if you are grabbing a quick bite before a movie.
Ordered online so to avoid the wait... was told 7:12 est... finally after waiting until 7:30 i rcvd my sandwich and fries... lesson learned not to eat there if i have minimum time
