The burger was supposed to be plain and the hot honey chicken was....dry and plain and a waste of money. Another place I can check off the list. Been a year since we came here because of bad food and wrong orders..and I see nothing has changed. Sadface.
I was delivering an order for DoorDash and at the window they handed us the wrong order. We told them at the window but they said it was nothing they could do about it. We knew it was wrong because they gave us way too many bags and none of our drinks. We go to deliver the order and the customer is obviously unsatisfied because she did not get her food. We go back to Wendy’s and the staff said they gave the order out to a different driver. We call the customer back and said no one else has delivered or is delivering her order. We come to the conclusion that they must have mixed up the orders so as we are explaining the situation to them they tell us they cannot remake the order because they already handed it out. We ended up having two full bags of food, and no drinks. Extremely unprofessional.
Just went through the drive through line and I have to say wow. I am disgusted. I go to this wendys multiple times and never had this situation. They were a bit busy which is understandable and although everything was right in my order I was cursed out by there cook because I drove off to the second window even tho it was a accident and the lady at the first window didn’t even greet me so I thought I had to go to the second window.
Quite literally 30 minutes in the drive thru to get my food. Staff is great, but clearly overwhelmed by a company/franchise that does not care about them. Found some lovely mold in my nugget sauce. For what Wendy's charges they need to do better.
Lady made me wait 3 minutes before I could even order. I had to repeat myself multiple times. She slammed the drive through door on me before I could even ask for ketchup. Other than the trash service everything is what you’d expect from a cookout!
Omg from a scale 1-10 I would say a 20!!!! The food was absolutely amazing!! I ordered the #12 and it was right on time and perfect. I think I will order another one!! We were given plenty of sauce and everything. No complaints!!! Thank you for what you all do.
Went through the drive-thru and the person was very very helpful. This is one of my favorite Wendy's establishment! Highly recommended.
Worked at Wendy's 30 years ago. Nothing better than their chili. Did you know you could substitute chili for the fries?
Excellent son of baconator. Had a combo meal but was surprised drink was small for the price, other fast food you get a tankard! Maybe an error? Fry was tiny too.
They gave me a frosty in a small cup. I ordered a medium. I told her it was a small, she caught an attitude and said “It WaS a MeDiUm” and slammed the window in my face. I been getting medium frostys from here, they dont come in a small a** cup. They are ghetto over here. Also, I didnt get a straw or spoon.
