Went in today, not busy at all. About 6 workers there and all either sitting down or just standing around. No one welcomed us or even provided menus. After about 10 mins of sitting yet to be spoken to or offered even a menu or a drink order, we got up and left. The workers just looked at us leaving, not a word.. a manager needs to review their staff and make major changes.

$6 per waffle and it was not fluffy. This was our go-to due to waffles where fluffy and small business but we will not be back. Sorry I get food went up but 6 per waffle is kinda a lot

The cook with the little pony tail was rude and obnoxious. When I ordered my food she said don’t feel like cooking. She said I just cooked 23 eggs I didn’t mind cooking for him because he tip well. I cancelled the order and left.I can’t say it was racism being that she was African American and so and I and the man she cooked for was not. I was very disappointed because I wanted to my kids breakfast before school. She is a poor representation of Waffle House. Should be terminated forMaking people feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.

I ordered country ham for a to go order and what I got was a thick slice of sandwich ham. In addition the meat was uneatable. It tasted old. Also my hash browns were stone cold. And the waffle was barely done. Good grief y'all!! Won't be back!!

Okay, okay..... so I have been here a few times at this location at different times of the day....I have to say during the morning around 0700, the staff and place is nice and working well.Now, during the afternoon or evening there's another story. The cooks are on point but not the servers nor is the cleanliness.Store manager where are you or yall...

Morning crew is amazing especially Shanika but afternoon crew changes (I assume it’s due to the slowness and to train newbies or temps)What was to be a 13$ meal ended up being 27$ after I left because the guy who handled the transaction decided to charge me more for whatever reason. I suggest only coming here for the morning crew

The waitress with the experience of working there for 6 years was exceptional!

I walked in to the restaurant around 1:30 on December 23. There were 2 people dining at the time, and 4 employees. When we walked in, no one greeted us. We managed to find a clean spot to sit since almost all were still dirty. We sat for about 5 more minutes without being acknowledged by any of the workers, so we left. if you’re not capable of providing any customer service, I also can’t trust you to cook my food.

Myself and 3 friends just finished eating at this establishment it took almost a 1/2 hour to get a pecan waffle and the waffle was incorrect at the 1st time. We asked for SOS on the side and they put it on top of the hash Browns. It also took 10 to 15 minutes when the establishment was not busy to get refills on coffee. The young man who was our waiter was very nonchalant and did not seem to care very much. We will be taking our business elsewhere from now on

The breakfast was good and hot but they could have did better with the seasonings
