This is a bad place to go dont ever get Beverly she so the worst server u could ever get she Nasty does that was her hands and spits in the food if u don't ask for everything at once don't ever get her as ur server she has been reporting a lot and they still let her serve..... please mangers get ride of her asap.....
They are overpriced food it okay but price wise not worth it! Better off goin to Biscuitville
Service was okay. Breakfast was Tasty couldn't go too wrong with scramble eggs and grits.
After I asked for a menu and sat at the counter for about 30 min I was never asked my order so I Continue to wait only for a group of people to come and sit down and get there order taken after moments later I asked the manager on duty how the system works because I had been waiting and he said he not taking orders and said that nobody gonna see me sitting there whole time I was sitting in front of the register he offered to tak my order but that was nearly a hour later . I honestly feel I was past up because of my image and skin color
Maaaaan this location is the truth. Went here around 1a.m, and the food was perfect just how I love it!!!
I took my niece and nephew here recently on Valentine’s Day and it was hands down the best Waffle House experience I’d ever had! The place was very clean and the staff was super friendly and patient with the kids. They also had a table with coloring books and crayons for the kids, which was awesome! This will definitely be my go-to Waffle House location from now on!
Not understanding why you can't use the bathroom if your ordering food. Even though they only doing to go orders
Food had to be cooked over, the cook wore gloves but none of the workers. Place wasn't clean.
My experience wasnt pleasant. I arrived and waited for about 5 minutes. I was in a hurry. The new employee called off an order and the cook said it didnt sound right. She repeated her order and the cook said the same thing. The cook then took the order pad from the server and she took the orders of the table of 8. She was rude and disrespectful to the staff in the presence of customers. I was offended for the young lady. 1 employees asked if I had been helped and I responded no. She told me to hold on and she went and took other customers orders. I waited still. Finally, a gentleman took my order but I asked if I could get my orde ring because o had to be at work. He asked the chef and she said no the other 8 people had been waiting ik nt. I left at that point. DO NOT GO
Went inside. Place was dirty. Food trash on the floor. Ladies were working hard cooking and servicing. They needed help. Pay them more. Hire more people.
