Amazing food, love the hash & waffle
Our waitress was very nice. Breakfast was great and reasonable. Waffle and syrup was awesome.... mmmmm.

Store was okay in cleanliness, however my table was syrup sticky around edges. The waiter took our order incorrectly, had to suffer through the eye rolling of the cook due to poor order taking. The waffle that wasn't to be made until we were ready to go was brought out with our food. Was a poor choice for our supper.
If I could leave 0 stars I would. I had the most rude and unpleasant employee to deal with who goes by junior. I called and he answered the phone saying we are not taking to go orders and hung up on me. When I called back I asked for a manager he said there's no manager on duty and hung up on me again. I drove there as I was right around the corner. When I went in I asked a young lady to speak to the manager he yells across the place you must be the one who called and proceeded to tell me there was no reason for him to wait for me to respond on the phone and that I needed to go to another waffle house because I would not be served there. I said to him what if I had a son or daughter that worked there and had an emergency. He said well you would have called them on their cell. NEWS FLASH WAFFLE HOUSE DOESNT ALLOW YOU TO HAVE CELL PHONES ON THE FLOOR. I am calling corporate. That little punk should not be any job that is a customer service position because he doesn't know what customer service is...GOD DOESN'T LIKE UGLY WHAT COMES AROUND GOES AROUND.
Place is a joke. Who's the manager that runs this place. Why have a phone line if you just gonna pick it up and literally sit it back down. 10mins into the call I walk in,take my order and I just look at the phone sitting right there,on the other end of that call was my cell. I just looked like really why you'll do that. Then they gonna act like no one did it. Lies. I sat there and watched it all. Ion even mess with this place ever since Cee Cee ain't been in there cause they have zero people skills...Thanks doe.ill go across the street or down reilly rd. Lost my buisness.
Don't waste your time, you will stand there for 20 min waiting on the staff to clean their dirty tables. But they can not be bothered with things like that, they are to busy hugging and jaw jacking behind the counter.
Always a fantastic experience and the most professional staff I've seen in any restaurant. Where else can you go and have your place settings done right in front of you with forks, knives and napkins? Huge shout out these hard-working professionals.
I will not return to this Waffle House, again. Order was wrong (ordered 2 cheese steak omelets with onions, one to be made with 3 eggs- one omelet was under cooked, the other was burnt, neither had onions... Ordered 2 large order bacons, neither were large- had to wait almost 40 minutes to get the rest of bacon ordered). The waitress that was helping us kept saying she "had to leave, had to leave, had to go". So she left in the middle of trying to serve us, so another waitress had to figure out what was going on. First time in a long time I've been very disappointed at waffle house. Only redeeming quality was the girl that was trying to correct our order apologize profusely! Thank you Brittany for being so kind and apologetic for your coworker's lack of quality and dedication.
Run down long night of beers and no sleep, on the doctor's doorstep, and Waffle Gouse took me in and fueled me with the sustenance to survive. The staff was friendly and caring, coming by to say hi and check in. Fry cook was slinging meat and potatoes like an Irishman after the famine and I couldn't have been more gracious.
