Thank you for firing my son for not following policy because he admitted to a customer that you have mold issues. Your store failed multiple health inspections. So blaming my son is not the issue. The issue is your store failing to comply with health standards/inspections. Also, thank you for not paying him for the hours that he worked even after he asked multiple times about it. They get 1 Star because they actually made my food. Other than that the customer service is awful! All the employees stood there doing other tasks for 5 minutes before acknowledging me. Then the blank face worker at the desk makes me walk around to a side window to pickup my order, just for her to be the one to turn around and hand it to me. Hopefully you read this and realize how dumb you are for that.
This location is probably slower than the DMV. We ordered our smoothies at 1155 & we got them at 1225.
Meh! Another okay quickie smoothie bar, for healthy eating/drinking. Not a big fan, but they do have a good variety of smoothies, and does not taste bad at all.
I almost forgot why I never come to this location but I was definitely reminded today. Every time I come here, my smoothies are super chunky and not blended well. I shouldn’t have to chew my smoothie every single time. The locations off post are so much better.

My son loved his smoothie!I absolutely love this location regardless my family' experience.*what happened was an honest mistake!*We love how friendly the staff is, and how quick the drink came out to us!I made it very clear that my son has a severe dairy allergy aka anaphylaxis - no cross contamination in any way possible.A mistake was made as my 1 year old began to break out in hives. Luckily it was not enough to cause anything more than that at this time. I of course returned to the location to make them aware.The manager on shift was so understanding and apologetic, this situation has definitely allowed for a learning experience! An opportunity to grow from this and train employees about whey protein being Dairy!My family is not at all angry, we understand mistakes happen and will be returning to allow for better experience.
Extremely slow, usually get the order wrong, astoundingly bad service.
Somehow didnt include my smoothie the first time I ordered then took excessively long to actually make it. tropical smoothie cafes off post are much better
Worse one I've ever been to. My smoothie had hard chunks of something (not frozen fruit).
