Two workers running on their own while another sat in the back came out at the very end after ppl say round for 20+ min , one young man was making smoothies doing his thing while the kid on the kitchen side was on the phone for 20+ min while making food literally talking with the phone on his shoulder not once changed gloves , constantly touching his face it wasn’t okay only reason I didn’t ask to have my food remade was because the young man making smoothies had to stop to glove up and help make food (my food). Love this place but management isn’t doing very good
Went in at approximately 7pm (maybe 7:10) on Sunday. They stated that they were closed. According to the hours on the door they close at 8pm. I'm not mad, just disappointed...
If I could give zero stars I would. Don't go here take the extra time and go to the one on Skibo. My friend and I decided to stop here after a trip to Harris Teeter. We walked in no getting. When I said hello to the cashier and asked him how he was doing he responded with good but his tone was very rude. He said what after every item I ordered. There was six people working and everyone except for one young lady with braids was standing around. At the completion of my order I attempted to check to see if he had the order right because the price didn't add up. When I asked if he got everything he responded with "what" and then said "no". He was rude from the time we walked in. I refused to spend my money and we left. I went back in to ask for the store number so I could make a complaint and no one knew. I asked for the address and still no one knew. Surprisingly! When I walked back in one worker's response was " he's new". I explained that had nothing to do with him being rude. Another worker said " he was slow" still that was no excuse. I will never return to this store and will probably tell anyone I speak to not to go to this location.
Arika did a good job at controlling organized chaos. They had many orders and experienced back up but her and the two gentlemen did an excellent job pushing through. They also read out what special request were with orders so they were ablecorrectly. The female greated customers as they came in and instantly informed them of the wait times. I wish I had cash to tip because they were doing a phenomenal job. Also my bacon chicken ranch flat bread and kale/apple slaw were made great as well. I suggest always ordering extra ranch.
Smoothies are literally half ice! They also add sugar. We have an epidemic of obesity, and they are advertising this place as healthy. I asked them to please not put sugar in my smoothie and the lady making the smoothies flashed me the dirtiest look. Ice, water, a tiny little fruit, no wonder they are $5 bucks. Forget it.
I had a HORRIBLE first time experience with them. From being charged a tip automatically, being unsanitary, and dealing with a bad attitude and rudness from assistance manager, Des. Overall bad costumer service, and I will NOT be coming back that's for sure.
Love TS but every time I go to this particular location they stop serving food before they close at 8pm. Telling customers smoothies only because they are trying to get out. The store closes at 8pm not 7:30 not 7:50 but on several occasions will only make smoothies so they can walk out the door right at 8pm. Very disappointing and not how corporate instructs the store to be ran.
Love this cafe! Everyone is so nice and they are quick despite being short staffed and they always remember me!!
I love tropical smoothie but the employees need a training on being sanitary! ?Now I have to throw my smoothie away
The guy sitting up front was absolutely rude! I spoke to him and he said nothing. So I said it again “hello sir I’m speaking to you “ He say’s oh. I then said you don’t speak to customers that come in. He shrugs his shoulders. I wish I could have given no ⭐️. People like that should not have a job like that dealing with the public. I am a customer service manager and would not permit my employees to behave like that. But was smoothie was good. But I will no longer go to this location.
