Dry wings and poor service. Ordered honey bbq wings and they barely had sauce. Ordered blue cheese and they never put it in the bag.

Almost every time I've ordered (but once), I've had a great experience with the food. I order from this place as a treat when either payday comes or I finally get a day off. The sauces are finger-licking good and the chicken is great. The chicken alone doesn't warrant a five stars but the rub and sauces used do. The Boom-boom sauce, the scorpion buffalo, and mango habanero are a must-try.
I order a 12pc traditional wing combo and a 8pc traditional wing combo with 2 extra hot sauces on the side. What I got was 2x 8pc wing combo and 1 hot sauce. I didn’t get what I paid for and was not satisfied. This was my first and last time eating here.
We ordered food for the Staff at 3:49 for a 4:30 delivery time. So we call at 4:46 and ask where the food is? The Female on the phone says sitting right here no Door Dash driver never came and got it? So our food had been sitting for at least 30 minutes. I asked the female why no one has picked it up she replies no idea call Door Dash? Side note - I did not order through Door Dash I ordered through the Wing Experience website and no where on that site it says they use Door Dash. No Logo nothing tells you they use an alternate company to deliver their food. If I would of known that I would of sent someone to pick it up. Door Dash in this city is the absolute worst service possible - OK Continue I asked why, I ordered through the Wing Experience website she was very short and said call Door Dash well that's confusing since I never knew Door Dash was there food delivery service. I then said I'll send someone to pick it up but i want fresh food. She hung up on me!! So I returned the call and asked for the Manager. John the Kitchen manager picked and accused me of cussing at the female on the phone?!? So not true!! That obviously never happened he spoke to me in a very frustrated and angry tone so I gave it right back and explained I just wanted fresh food and I'll send someone to get it. He then tells me that a Door Dash driver has picked my food up at this point 25 minutes late, I replied that's not good enough and I want fresh food. He still blamed me for cursing at the female on the phone which was a total lie that she told him so she wouldn't get in trouble for hanging up on me. Well John ( No last name cause he refused to tell me ) still couldn't understand why I wanted fresh food after it sitting for 40 minutes?? So John ( no last name ) handed me off to the General Manager of the store and she was honestly fair and quite nice. She seemed like a very understandable person and I felt understood my entire issue with what transpired. While talking to her ( I forgot to get her name my bad ) the Door Dash driver walks in and drops the food on the counter and walks out and says absolutely nothing as she's walking out were like hey can we check it she says it's what you ordered and she's gone!! I tell the Nice GM Female that our food was here and I'm over it because honestly at this point whatever. Kinda like this review !! Moral of the story Don't Buy from restaurants that use DOOR DASH for delivery and when working somewhere try and understand the other side of the counter. Right John ( No Last Name ) Oh BTW the food was wrong gross and cold!!
It was definitely an experience. I ordered through postmates. I paid. 0.99ea for additional sauces on the side. I've never had their wings, and wanted to try the flavors. Never received my sauces. Did not receive my lemonade. On top of all that, the wings were inedible. Tasted old & stale, like they had been sitting under a heat lamp since opening. The crinkle fries were nasty as well, thats why they were giving them free with $20 minimum purchase. Yea, never again
Ordered delivery tonight at 6:25 expected delivery by 7:20. I got an email saying the food was ready and they would have it delivered soon at 7. I did not get a message saying it was on the way until 8. I recieved my food and it had clearly been sitting for over an hour as it was all dry and hardly edible. Would not reccomend.
Ordered today through door dash. Food did arrive on time however my chicken was still covered in feathers with no seasoning on what was supposed to be dry rubbed would not order from here again
Had a taste for some late night food. Looked online and found this location which at first I was confused considering it was still Smokey Bones?But it was well worth the try! Placed an online to order with the Thursday night special it was ready in a timely manner. The staff was very helpful and the to-go order process and cashier were great! Kind of perfect because I decided to have a drink while the last of my order was being prepared. The late night bartender guy is great and the new renovations with current late night staff makes me want to stop in for dinner next time. Great vibe and specials for a good night out. Thanks for the perfect return meal to the city!
