My wife and I decided to drive to Taco Bell today (May 14th, 2022.. On a saturday) (around 20:08, 8:08 for non-military members) and as we were pulling into the drive through of Taco Bell, the man greeted us in a very hasty/disrespectful manor. We were being rushed to order our food and one of the co-workers stepped in to help us due to the fact that said person was being utterly disgusting towards us. As we drove up, we noticed the man rushing the woman and her kids in front of us to get out of the way as if there were a line of cars behind the woman. We then, pulled up to the window and the man was again being very disrespectful towards the customer (My family and I).. He rushed us out of the lane, given us our bag of food very sloppily and practically threw my card into the car.If anyone can help me understand why this man is acting in such a way, then I would love to know. As a military service member, I don’t take out my frustrations/anger or anything of that nature on any civilians/customers that need my assistance. I expect better, especially for this establishment.
This location at SKIBO Rd (I mistakenly said Raeford Rd that's where the good TB is) even after not being here in 3 years we were in town and are here its still the worst?? they literally watered down the beef (you can tell cause it's bright brown) me and my girl both got sick eating here/ disgusting then, disgusting now
It was the worst experience I've ever had at Taco Bell. They took my order gave me part of it it was cold and the other part they forgot about me. Finally I told them that I needed the other part of my order and it took forever. Did not enjoy the food at all it was cold and hard from waiting for the other part of my order. They did Apologize but it was too late could not eat the food just left after throwing it in the trash. One good thing was a homeless man came and he ate it out of the trash. At least someone enjoyed it.
Great until you have an issue with their negligence, causing a messed up order. There's a female manager at this location that apparently takes it personally if you want your order to be the way you ordered it. Aside from that, probably the best Taco Bell in Fayetteville.
We waited 45 minutes to get our food. I thought maybe they had a couple people layout, but i seen 4 different staff there. I don't know what happened today, but y'all failed. The one male there that looked like easy e was taking orders did a great job and stepped up to help out in the back, i think. Either way, he was apologetic about the wait and that turned a long wait acceptable. The food was hot and delicious. Thanks.

I live 2 minutes from the Bragg blvd Taco Bell. I drive to Skibo Taco Bell because it is that much better. They have the customer service of chik fila and have not once served me bad food. Almost every time I've gotten food their I have a "wow" moment. Significantly better than every other taco bell I've been to. My brother swore off taco bell after a few bad experiences ( at other taco bells) and this Taco Bell got him back as a customer.
The experience was good eventhough they didn't have the drink I ordered or the cinnamon twist. The staff were really nice and friendly which goes a long way.
I went to this store tonight via drive thru. As I'm checking my bag to make sure my order is complete, one of the workers ask me if I could pull up and do that. While I was looking through the bag I brought it to their attention that a taco was missing. Then when I got home, I unwrapped my cheesy gordita crunch just to find a double decker taco. I'm going to need them to tighten up. If you're going to rush me away from the window at least make sure the order is completed.
