First time visiting this location and second time eating at this particular place. My favorite is the watermelon & raspberry swirl. I have to brag on the young lady who served us (can’t remember her name). Tall, brown-skinned, long braids.. Exceptional customer service! Pleasant. Courteous. Respectful. You don’t get that in many places anymore.
Such a nice place. The parking lot is quite big, so it's easy to find an empty spot. The ladies behind the counter were very friendly and greet you with a smile. The place is kept very clean and they had every frozen yogurt flavor in store. Even the cut fruit was very fresh and there were no crumbs from toppings lying around everywhere. It's great to go there after grocery shopping. I'll be back.
I visited this location on yesterday 4/24/2022 and I asked the young lady her name and if I remember correctly her name was Emily. I notice how professional she was despite her being alone for a while. This young lady was cashing customers out as well as cleaning tables and sweeping and the entire time she had a smile on her face as well as staying professional. I commend such professionalism from such a young individual. She represented your company with excellence.
Maybe I came in at the wrong time but the place was filthy. Condiments all over the floor, the counters etc. door had hundreds of fingerprints and door handles had chocolate smeared on it. Was going to sit, but couldn’t find a table that wasn’t dirty.
LOTS of different flavors... love this place.
My granddaughter had the smallest one and had like 4 toppings and I had a cone and it was $14.00 . It was good though. The bathrooms were clean. Service was not great, but not rude. Outdoor seating was nice. I would go back, but not often as I am not really big on paying that much for some frozen yogurt. It was again very good though.
It was so open and clean in here! There was also a large selection of frozen yogurts and toppings. More than I've seen at other frozen yogurt shops. I would recommend this place for a kids birthday party, or adult, if you like that kind of thing.
Came in on December 5th at 6pm Employees spend most of their time in the back. We spent more than a few minutes at the register with our product in hand waiting to be serviced. After we paid and sat down, customers continued to come in, and almost all of them had to wait because the employee kept heading to the back as soon as they were done checking ppl out. It was disappointing because there were 2 employees.
It seems as every Sunday, my family and I stop by for our before Sunday Dinner snack. My sons like to see who's cup is the lightest, but they never pay. This place is very clean and have a great staff. The young ladies here are very smart and wish them all the best.
