My and my son's sub was awesome treat before our long ambulance ride to Duke thank you!!
I went in today order 2 subs I was checking out they told me I could use a coupon that said subway so I paid for 1 and they still gave me the wrong sub will not go there again
Disgusting!Disgusting. Ordered two Philly Steak sandwiches with green peppers, red onions, provolone, and Mayo. What I got was cold hoagie rolls with maybe two slices of steak, four or five paper thin slivers of green pepper, and no visible signs of onion or Mayo. (See photo attached). I did not bother to call in a complaint. From experience I know the only thing you get is an insincere "thank you for letting us know" and goodbye.Sanitation…no one likes to admit/think about roaches, but fast food gas them. Roaches LOVE paper bags. This location does not wrap your sandwich, they just dump it in a brown paper bag. Think about it.Can't see any way of selecting a different store, because I would. There is another store on Raeford Rd. Would love to give them a shot. So far, favorite location is on Bragg Blvd.If I could give them less than one star, I would.
Good customer service fast and efficient..I like this subway..its also drive thru
Had a party with 20 people and ordered the party platers (2) They where ready for pick-up on time and where we'll put together along with sides and cookies. Stores is very clean and all associates wore masks and gloves at all times. You can eat in, carry out, or drive thru order there.

The manager is such a sweet young lady. The store is always clean, and if there is an issue, she provided assistance with a smile.
I like the subway right across from the hospital. It has a nice atmosphere and nice people and great food! And now the added, healthy choices are a plus. I just wish it would be possible if I could eat at subway everyday and get the protein bowls to save on eating too much bread.
First time eating there. Had a fancy touch screen display ya placed your order on. Extremely dirty. Too bad they still messed up the order. Overall no one in there eating but yet still took about 10mins for a toasted tuna that wasn't made correct. Overall probably will never come here again, there's one about a mile away I'll try next time.
Ordered 3 subs didn't get anything but lettuce and tomatoes. A few pieces of chicken on 12 inch sub.Very disappointed with the subs we got!!! It will be our last time!!!
