This particular subway is the best in town. The employees made me feel very welcome and went above and beyond to make conversation and be friendly. I left with a smile on my face!

Elizabeth is an airhead. Screwed up the order, refused manager name and number and refused refund for messing up the entire order. Vinay, manager, I'll need the money back and I'm going to get it without incident. This is light mayo and a turkey club that they don't have. Fix it!

Had subs delivered. Same sub I get 3-4x a month at various SUBWAY locations. Opened sub and it literally had tablespoon of grilled chicken on it. My husband said “that’s ridiculous. I’m taking that back.” When he got to store the employee said she needed to see the receipt. It had only been 30 mins since it was made. She then said she would NOT remake it bc she remembered making it and she made the way it was suppose to be made. (Why did she need to see receipt if she remembered making it??) My husband ask for the managers #. He waited. The employee called manager and said she made it like she was suppose to so MANAGER instructed Lisa to NOT remake it unless we paid for another sandwich. I’m still shocked by the lack of customer service by the employee AND manager!!!
This subway always get the sub's right every time. Its literally perfect every time lol. Facility is always clean and staff always friendly. Keep up the good work.
