I wish I could move this Starbucks to my hometown! We stopped here on the way to Florida to use the restroom, switch drivers, and get some coffee. Super clean and well decorated, restroom in great shape, and the staff was so friendly! I loved all the pride decor as well.
Gabby and Morgan gave excellent customer service. They both had the best attitude and truly enjoyed their job. This is the best customer service I have received in a very long time. Great job ladies. Keep up the good work ? ?
Giving this rating based on the past 3 experiences at my local Starbucks. This location has gone down hill. Past 3 times we have done a mobile order. Each time drinks are messed up. Guess following the label printed out is hard to do. The new hires at this location need better training. When the barista does not know what a steamer is and you sell it… kinda an issue. That’s why drinks are made wrong. When I order a cream based frappe for my 7 year old son and you put extra coffee in it… not good for business. Also you should not talk about your customers in your head sets. Talking about them on your head sets when you don’t know what all is in a group is not good for business. Also, done eyeball your customers as they leave, you again don’t know who in the place is with each other. Then eye ball your customers as they pull out the parking lot. Don’t understand what going on at this location recently, but it was GREAT but now it’s not.
Very clean and have an amazing outdoor patio which is so lovely and relaxing to sit at. The coffee is always good at all of them but the employees and cleanliness of this one gives it the edge.
Today while traveling from Maryland to Florida I stopped at this Starbucks location to purchase a venti caramel ribbon crunch and banana nut bread. I redeemed point for my purchase and I later found out my gift card was also charged the total amount. When I called to discuss what happened I was told I could return for a refund, we’ll I couldn’t. Still waiting for my points reappear or my gift card refunded.
This might be the nicest Starbucks I have ever been in! This location was very presentable, well kept, fully stocked and a very helpful and friendly staff, one of the rare occasions when I wanted to stay a while after picking up my order and I did not feel rushed.
On my way to SC, I stopped here for a bathroom break but had to get my favorite ice coffee! To my surprise, this place was heavenly! I wish I could have had a seat and hung here for a while.That's my 2cents now you decide ✨
We walked in and saw this POW/MIA display. So we thought they might give a military discount and asked. We were told no and became confused. This Starbucks is near a military base, it has this display that actually says a military family store and yet doesn't offer a military discount. Take down this display, there is no support in being thankful for military service.
