Been going there for a long time and new employees Everytime I go none know how to use the app I lose out on my stars and it’s just horrible service they are children can’t count or operate cash register not happy it got worse gave another chance and the lied in my face said they don’t get stars called corporate on them

I never go to Starbucks first of all. I decided to give it a try and wanted a hot beverage but I had no idea the terminology of the menu and accidentally ordered something cold. The staff were like zombies and were not useful. They didn’t offer to exchange it. I finally gave in and went back in and asked for something hot. I asked for Hazelnut Capp she said we don’t have that. Asked for pumpkin, again don’t have that. So I paid over $5 for hot, syrup water. Please stop going to Starbucks people just get a coffee pot and go home.
Dawn was working the cash register and another girl was working with her, dark brown hair. Dawn laughed in my face when I told her my order like it was funny? The amount of attitude she gave me was ridiculous. Then I waited for 15+ minutes and they had completely forgotten my order and just kept going on with other people. When I mentioned something they started giggling to themselves like they did it on purpose. I will not be back. Just rude, inconsiderate and childish.

My kiddos love the cake pops and I love the Carmel machiatto I wish they took gift cards tho.
Fast service, and they made my order perfectly for me. I always get an extra two shots of white chocolate for my mocha and its the best. I know they are pricey for specialty coffee drinks like the one I order but it's just about the quality for me, and I happen to love this location because it's always perfect.
