My drink was all ice with maybe two sips of pink drink
They also make my drink the way I ask and they do it very short handed. The lines never take to long when you think about them usually being one or two people. Will always support Starbucks.
Bad attitudes. Clerks become verbally hostile if you need to wash your hands or get napkins because their lobby is closed. They don't want to clean up.
Didn't have any items to make two different beverages I ordered. I just ended up sitting and chatting with my friends who had coffee.
I am sitting here already waiting 10 minutes and 2 baristas later for a simple tall pike, with cream. I'll go back to my regular Starbucks.
Very rude when you call they don't answer they just hang up can't never get someone to answer the phone no matter what time it is

Polite, but definitely the slowest Starbucks I've ever been to... and consistently make orders or drinks wrong. It's coffee and not worth the 20-30 minute wait to have the drink made correctly.
Overall good experience. Had to remake my drink as they made it hot instead of the frap. But they were very apologetic about it and fixed it . The drive thru is always busy so I ended up putting my mobile order for pick up inside
I was just in there with my sons. The line for the drive through was around the building and a wait inside as well. We were waited on by Cary, who explained that the other two stores were closed for the time being and they were working to get orders out as fast as possible. All of the employees were very calm under pressure and very polite. All of our orders were correct despite the stressful situation.
