The staff is super friendly and very helpful. They do a great job greeting you abd engaging in conversation as appropriate when ordering. I enjoy coming here. There are numerous tables to sit and work and 2 large cushioned chairs.

Both get stars ⭐ ⭐.Prices: Arby's under 10 bucks for a meal. Starbucks is over 10 bucks. Arby's get the ⭐Now for the finale , the food.We will compare the drinks.Strawberry acai lemonade from StarbucksVs. Market fresh strawberry lemonade from Arbys.If you like something sweet and flavorful go with the Market fresh strawberry ?. If you want the classic light taste of a strawberry lemade go with the Strawberry Acai.But I like the market fresh hands down. Stars for both. ⭐ ⭐.

The line is always super long but I know they are always working hard to do their best. It's not easy to be in this line of work. The staff is friendly and the manager, Victoria, really cares for her team.
Ice cold coffee and a watered down Chai last 2 visits after 10+ min wait in drive through lines. This company is at fault not the untrained unsupervised kids trying to run a $hit show. Stop patronizing this corperation they are raising prices 2022!! Couldn't find any manager info online for the Ramsey St store, definately not visiting again. I only went because I had a gift card.
This is the nearest Starbucks from Anderson Creek…which is deplorable, but not this Starbucks’ fault.There is always a long line. Both drive thru and indoors. Going inside takes forever. I thought I’d skip the line and order ahead for pickup inside…it took almost 30 minutes.The drive through has an agent outside (sometimes) and they take your order from their portable, which make the line zip through.I suggest having someone doing this daily if the weather permits.The customer service is top notch tho. There’s a barista that always compliment my nails.They also know their regulars, and I appreciate that ☺️My order is always right ??

Starbucks dine-in is closed. Also, I couldn’t even walk-in and order a coffee. You now have to drive-through or order online. ?
I have never had this experience before at Starbucks until now witch makes it very upsetting! I just ordered off Uber eats my food was cold and my drink was watered down. On my breakfast sandwich I ordered no eggs and they still gave it to me. Also you guys should start making the food once the driver gets there so the food will not be cold. This is very unacceptable!
