I hate Starbucks so much I will never go back! It is dirty and the restrooms where worse so bad one employee with long hair didn't wear a hair net and no one washed their hand in between each cup of coffee nor where did they wear gloves and nobody there wore a mask either. so I went next door to Fire House Subs and used there restrooms and ordered my lunch they were fantastic clean and friendly everyone had gloves and a mask on
Yesterday was my first time in a Starbucks...it was nice..very clean dining room and friendly staff..I will definitely be back to visit again..they have the best hot chocolate...
Went thru the drive thru. I didn't really know how to order what I was wanting .I normally get a vanilla almond milk latte, but i wanted that in a Frappuccino (a cold drink) today. I'm sure I confused the gal taking my order. She was so patient and helpful, that was so kind of her! I didn't get her name, but thank you!
Drive through and inside wait times are always very high (15-25 minutes). I do not visit this Starbucks location often because of it but when I do it’s the same experience.
The staff was exceptionally nice. Got a great recommendation and exactly what I ordered. The barista Sea went above and beyond to make sure I was doing okay and happy with everything. I could not be happier with my experience!
The cashier was very nice! That the only good thing. The girl fixing however... I didn't get what I ordered! But she INSISTED that I did. I explained to her again what I ordered and she still INSISTED that it was correct. Vanilla sweet cream cold brew Nothing sweet about this drink or the service.
We're out of what I went there for. I literally never come here and I've had two gift cards for about a year and a half or more. And the one time I come they don't have what I was ordering. Probably not their fault but my gift cards are going to waste.
I would give a 0 start review if I could. I was in line to get a coffee from here when my 4-year-old daughter said she needed to use the bathroom. So I didn't lose my place in line; my mom offered to take her to the restroom. The MANAGER stopped them and refused to let a child use the bathroom. There was no one in there; the restrooms were open to customer use, which we were customers (my daughter loves their steamed apple juice). No explanation was given except that she's the manager and she said no to my child using the restroom. I left without purchasing a coffee from here and will never be back. Who does that to a child who is trying not to wet their pants?
I also need some of the workers to hide their attitudes when a family member comes in with their co workers that would be nice this has happened about twice now and I've stayed quiet. This does not need to happen again. You don't tell someone to hurry up if u know them or not because you don't know me and I'm not the one.
I came in on Tuesday January 18, 2022. It was between 10:15 a.m and 10:30 a.m the young girl at the counter which I didn't get her name. As I ask if I could get a minute to look at the menu, she said yes just let me know when your ready. So about 2 minutes I was ready, now take it as I was standing looking at the drink/food menu. She took out the trash came back put another trash bag back in the trash can wearing NO gloves. And preceded to check the coffee not even washing her hands. So I let the other guest go ahead of me, I wanted a breakfast sandwich but when she told me they were all pre made so they come as it no taking off ingredients. I was going to call her out if she had to make my food. JUST NASTY I WILL NOT RETURN TO THAT STARBUCKS OR ANY OTHER STARBUCKS. How y'all making all that money and y'all food is pre made just to warm it up in the toaster oven.
