I came in Monday with my twin sister Andrea and the cashier named Reily had the snakiest attitude! She handled money and scratched at her hair and didn’t even care to wash her hands on top of that she was sooo slow. I am paying for superior customer service not for an attitude. To make matters worse our drinks tasted horrible. I will be calling corporate to further look into the situation. I know Harris Teeter is better than this is completely unacceptable!
I went to this Starbucks last Monday and tried to order a caramel ribbon crunch frap. Worker named Reily (dumb way of spelling it btw). She was so rude and took 15 minutes to make my drink. In the middle of making my drink she picked at scalp. NOT ONCE see her wash her hands. I took a sip of my frap and it tasted like mud water and as if someone had stuck their dirty hands in it. WILL not be coming again!
Enjoyed working here. Some of the staff was very pleasant. The lead nelly is very helpful and suggestive.

I popped in today (2/26) to grab a mid day coffee. The batistas were friendly, helpful and fast.The young lady at the register even accommodated a special request on my behalf. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at this location today!
I just had one the best customer service experiences ever with Halie. She was awesome. Lifted my spirits with her beautiful big smile and great energy!!
Go to my Facebook and look at the two jokers “working “. They’re on their phones towards the back never looking up to greet me. Two others didn’t greet me the 3 minutes I stood right in front of them. They were busy with the 10 cars outside at the drive thru. Great place….I left. They were too busy for me. I’m a Karen today, I guess.
When we go to Teeter we always stop and get a Starbucks coffee.We both got our usual and one iced one hot. As usual they're out of raspberry again. That gave me a :-( immediately. While we waited an awful long time to get our coffees didn't seem like the girls in the back or in sink. We took a drink of our coffee and through them away I spent almost $20. And we did our shopping spoke to a few friendly people and by the time I got out to the car I was throwing up everywhere from just those big swallows I took. I don't think I'll be going back to the Starbucks at Harris teeter again. This isn't the first Starbucks I've noticed that or not up to par on their jobs I don't know if it's because the new people are they just don't care I don't think they even put the coffee in my drink. It tasted like almond milk and syrup It was awful. I would like a refund. $20 isn't easy to come by nowadays especially when you're disabled and retired.
The drink I got was good. Jahuan couldn’t be bothered to say hi or any greeting for that matter. I walked up to the register and he just stared at me. Very awkward encounter and not very welcoming for a customer service person. I also said thank you a few times and he said nothing back. A simple “hi” or “you’re welcome” can go a long way.
