Brought two caramel ribbon crunch were made great and I also want to give a shout-out to Mallorie (if I spelled her name correctly) she was real polite great customer service would visit again thanks :)

This is a great community store! When I walked in, they had two different donation drives going, and also a wall of art for MLK Day. (Also great service and coffee, of course!). Thank you for taking action to support the community. :)
Second time trying this location and it is awful! The employees are rude when you go to the window and the Frappuccino doesn’t taste good at all. The lady at the window yesterday afternoon can’t be more careless. She seems like she doesn’t wants to work there.

I always love the customer service at this location! The employees here are knowledgeable, not afraid to give suggestions, and smile genuinely! I've also never had an order messed up.
Rude employee snapped at me because I was confused by “to go” only sign on the door. It’s too easy to say hey our lobby is closed in a normal tone of voice. Disrespect is not needed over something so small. I hope you have a better day
If I could rate a 0 I would. I ordered online, there were things that were marked sold out but the tea I selected was not. I drove to this location from Owen Drive to be told it was sold out and needed to have the phone used for refund. My aunt ordered as she’s under the weather and I went to pick it up. I drove back to Owen drive to get her phone and they refunded a gift card and not my debit card. I noticed the receipt when I got in the car so I went back to find they locked the door prior to their 10 pm closure so I’m in the cold knocking on the door. The guy who stated he cannot provide his name nor provide me corporate number (snobbishly told me to Google it) said he cannot refund my card only the app. I ORDER FROM THE APP OFTEN AND ALWAYS GET MY REFUND TO MY ORIGINAL PAYMENT ! 0/10 do not recommend this location.
I loved the atmosphere and the attitudes of all the Baristas. I will continue to be a patron of this establishment!!!!
