I’m so disappointed in the service I didn’t even receive because they refused our order. We got to this location at 10:50. We pulled in right behind a car ordering; the car in front of us took a bit because of conversation and banter back and fourth. We pulled up to the speaker where we waited roughly 2 mins. As SOON as the clock hit 11pm the lady finally decided to speak and said “ sorry we aren’t taking orders anymore “ I asked her if she was kidding and she said no. When I asked to speak to the manager, Xavier answered when I told him I literally have a dash cam that shows we were here before 11pm waiting he told me “ you aren’t going to scare me into serving you, I stop taking orders at 11. “ there were FOUR OTHER CARS behind as well all before 11pm. We pulled into a neighboring parking lot where another car followed to tel us they couldn’t believe that just happened. I understand the need to close and save labor cost, but maybe put a cone up at 10:50 if don’t want people in the drive through.
this is the only location I have ever gotten an UNSALTED pretzel twist from… 4 separate times I’ve received a pretzel twist with not 1 granule of salt on it?? If I wanted a buttery stick of bread I would go to olive garden for BREADSTICKs!!!! please salt pretzel twists better or at all?!! lmaoo
We ordered a Sonic Blast and a Chocolate Oreo Master Milkshake this time. The service and the wait were decent. Both treats had add-ins which were top heavy with plain vanilla on the bottom of the cup rather than even mixing throughout but that has been typical here. Ok overall.
It's rare to get fresh/hot food. They have always been soooooo slow!! I visited frequently for a favorite drink and occasional snack. The kids go to play on the playground which a nice little set up. Never had rude service so that's a plus!
We tend to just visit here for treats as the prices are pretty high for fast food and the wait is usually long whether you are in line or dining there. Still, the kids love the play area and there are a lot of options to choose from for treats and drinks.
Came here to grab some dinner after a long day of traveling. I was excited because this use to be one of favorite restaurants and there’s not many Sonics where I live. I ordered 2 corn dogs and a med tot only to wait over 35 mins to be treated disrespectfully by the manger Xzavier. I ended up leaving after waiting over an hour no food, no apology; nothing.Never seen such poor customer service as I witnessed at this location. Maybe it was a bad night or off day either way you can never treat a customer the way I was in the service industry.
The WORST customer service ever. Came around 9:30pm, it wasn't busy at all. Placed an order for 4 people. It never showed up on the order board, and the girl taking the order seemed like she didn't know what she was doing but we chopped it up to maybe she was new. Could hear someone in the background saying "this is a big order, make sure....". So I know the order was taken. After sitting for about 20 minutes waiting on our food to come out, we hit the button again and they didn't know what we had ordered or have an order on record for us! We ended up just leaving rather than reordering and waiting again.
Apparently it is absolutely normal for the drive through employee to keep your debit card without you knowing. Then run it 6 times for over $70 in food. Then purchase a Lyft on top of that! March 4th @2:00pm I took my daughter through the drive through to get 2 drinks and fries which equals about $5.39. I gave my debit card to cashier and did not realize it she did not return it to me. I called Sonic today and spoke to the manager who verified that yes they have my debit card in their store and thinks he knows who did it! I find it really odd that my debit card was in your store and it somehow magically had 6 transactions on it! ? I was referred to call “Mrs. Murphy or Mrs B” who said yes they have cameras at the register but she said it’s totally normal for several charges to be ran on your debit card in the random amounts of $5.39, $5.53, $11.86, $14.49, $20.58 and $23.90. And a Lyft for $113!! It’s absolutely unacceptable and violating to steal from your customers. She also stated it this happened to another person as well.. like it’s no big deal. Um I have to work for my money just like you do! Yes I am making a police report!
1230 pm on 14 Jan 2022. Had grilled cheese cheeseburger with fries and diet coke. The only thing worth consuming were the drinks. Grilled cheese tasted and felt like it was cooked 2 hours in advance. Cheeseburger too greasy, and fries taste like burned grease. Ill stick with McDonald's.
Quick and friendly service. Food was nice and hot. I think it a bit pricey but the food was delicious and worth every penny?
