Too many bad experiences to just name one incident. Sonic should not be hiring people that don't want to work and can be visibly seen having fun and joking around while people are still waiting in their car now for over 20 minutes for one simple order. Do better Sonic. Hire people that actually want to work and if you're paying them a decent wage and they still don't want to work find someone to replace them.
Took an hour to get 3 kids milkshakes, large unsweetened tea w/ lemon and a large onion ring. They couldn't get my tea right so I just left with it as is and threw it away.
The staff was fast and friendly. Went out of thier way to be nice to the boys. My order was accurate too!
Very poor customer service, I ordered a strawberry cheesecake milkshake extra thick, the shake came, it was very soupy far from being extra thick. The young man was not pleasant, but did should to have them make it again....he brought the second shake didn't apologize for the inconvenience he just walk off and didn't say anything.The shake was still incorrect they just added extra whip cream so I couldn't tell it was the same shake. It was still soupy.Please Do Better With Your Customer Service!!!

Food quality is never good. Its like they just don't care and their attitudes show it. I have never recieved toast that isn't burnt. They need new management and employees.
The tater tots were hot and fresh and the sonic blast was good , I had the one with oreo cookie pieces. I will be back for that.
The food was good, as usual, however the attention to detail at this specific location could use some work. I like the #7...everytime I oder this, I ask for onions and coleslaw in addition to the chili & cheese. Most places don't get this right, so I wind up paying extra for the normal combo. Also they have a food tracker on the screen, and when it said "your order is ready" I waited an additional 10 minutes before it was brought out to me. The interaction with the staff was minimal at best, for those that it matters to. They did have about 10 other cars there when I pulled in, so they may have been busy, however a "we've not forgotten about you! We're currently working on your order" would be nice.
Popcorn chicken is my favorite, however there's a lot of really good options on the menu here. The pretzels are delicious and add a twist to the fast food options for the area. Slushy and ice cream options here are vast and you can make your own by choosing from the plethora of ingredients available. The design of the building is retro reflecting back to car drive ups and eat in the vehicle. A digital screen displays the menu in every parking spot, plus you can use the App and connect to it when you arrive.
Sat and watched 2 other cars get service before I could order. If my spot was out of order there should have been a sign. Decided to go to Wendy's instead. Won't go to this sonic again!
