The waitress was polite and courteous. My issue was I spent at least two minutes trying to scan my card for payment only to be told by server that, that particular machine wasn't working. If there had been some type of signage stating that it wasn't working or even someone informing me via intercom would have been efficient. Now I am concerned as to whether my info was compromised. Also their machine was down that made the sour patch float which was the reason we stopped in the first place! If not for the friendly nature of the server they would have gotten no stars!?
Ordered online so there'd be less of a wait and it was pointless. Waited 10mins in a stall, then went to the window and they didn't have my order at all, despite it having already been paid for, then they gave me the wrong drink after I told them my order.
Out of my favorite jalapino poppers but the chili cheese dog is a really clise 2nd. Cherry limeade was so refreshing, the best! Fast service, A+

When I pulled up I almost ordered and expensive burger but the one taking my order didn't catch what I was saying and hung up on me at the speaker. Then I saw the everyday deals. Great prices there, so I made the order and I tried to pay for it but the card swipe wasn't working. And the customer next to me card swipe wasn't working. It too more than 3 minutes to deliver my burger. Not a fantastic experience.
This is my third time this week and I keep coming back because the bacon is sooo damn good! I like my bacon crunchy and they cook it just how I like it. Never was a big fan of sonic but they definitely got me as a customer now...
Couldn't seem to understand my order, and it was super basic, and then didn't get half of it right when I finally got the food
They get 3 stars because the ice-cream was good. However our food was burnt and probably the worst we have received from any place! My B.L.T was made on a bun not on Toast and the bacon was burnt. My husband's burger whom actually got the toast but it was burnt as well as the bacon and burger on it. I know they wouldn't have even ate it themselves!
I have never in my 25 years of life posted a negative food review. All I ordered was a Oreo sonic blast, mozzarella sticks, and a double cheeseburger. It is currently 12:38 AM and I am vomiting everything I ordered from here. I am a manager at Taco Bell… food safety and TCS is extremely important!!!! No customer should get sick from food period!!! Do better!
