Came through drive thru, and of course I should have checked my bag before pulling off because when I got home much to my surprise I received the wrong order. Tried calling the store and no answer. No reciept was given to me nor put in my bag so it's just a loss. I never really complain but when you have to drive all the way across town it sucks to get all the way back home to an inaccurate order. Do better leadership, hold your staff accountable and make sure they are checking the bags at the least before they hand food out.
I ordered a Oreo Ice Cream & I guess either they ran out of ice cream they had the nerve to use whipped cream and mix Oreo in it I didn’t know til we got home and the lemonade slush with strawberries taste like water and also had an Oreo chocolate chip cookie dough with m&m’s also made with whipped cream I am so disappointed and the fact that they thought I wouldn’t notice!!! Won’t be back!!
Delicious food and fast service. We were across the street at Logan's. It was a 60 minute wait. Decided on sonic instead. Ordered and we were eating in less than 10 minutes. Y'all saved our movie night. Definitely eat here again.
The person who took my order did not sound friendly. I ordered 2 large meals and got everything except one side of chili cheese tots. I also requested for 2 extra packets of ranch for my cheddar peppers, but she only gave me what came with. The iced coffee was too strong, so I kindly asked her to add more pumps of vanilla and even gave her a $1. She did as requested, but customer service was not it, no matter how kind I was. I will not be returning to this location.
This trip to Sonic Drive-in was less than perfect. The speaker on our end did not work and as we decided to leave Andrea came out to let us know that she could hear us and took our order. The food was not hot, not the burger or fries. Hopefully this was an isolated incident.Thanks to Andrea for your assistance
Well skibo let me down. I placed 2 orders and the first one cane fast. However my 2nd order to my knowledge still hasn't come out yet.. Right. Idk hit or miss with any fast food now days
Great food but was shorted part of order (Tots) ; should have checked there but would be nice if order was correct...
Ordered my meal and waited 30 minutes nobody ever came out. They didn't even answer back when I pressed the red button.
There was a mistake to the order. However when I brought it up, they were very nice about fixing it. When they brought out the missing item they gave us a coupon for our next visit as well. The food and drinks were good, I will visit them again.
Ordered my favorite, a Sonic Cheeseburger, and it came out delicious! I like that the person taking the order and the person who bought the order, confirmed what I ordered before bringing it to me.Keep up the great work!
