I just went in to pick up my smoothie that I ordered online and the whole store was just dirty and gross. The employees had their stuff all over the tables like they lived there. I’ve never seen it so dirty.
I recently visited this Tropical Smoothie was disgusted. I usually go to the one on Skibo but I close to this one so decided to stop in. To start the young lady who took my order was super helpful & nice. Once I placed my order I noticed a young man come behind the counter who was sitting in the lobby on his phone. He proceeded to put on gloves without washing his hands and make my smoothie. Once I go it, I sat at the high top side table & quickly noticed how dirty it was. Th

One of the managers, Kaelin, was extremely rude to me when I had said that she shouldn’t be talking bad about her employees. She had said one of the employees had quit but I know that employee personally and he NEVER said anything about quitting. She also hires teenagers who can’t legally work the equipment in the store! Also, this morning (April 6th, 2021) I saw another manager target and harass an employee for forgetting to put out bread the night prior! In my experience in management I’ve never seen something so unprofessional in front of customers!

I ordered through the app per usual I don’t know why it made it for pickup and not delivery. I called to adjust that or cancel it. I was put on hold over 20 minutes. I hung up to call back and could not get through “all circuits were busy” I was also charged for the order which I could not pickup. Goodbye $20
