The food is really good & the servant we had name Dasha was very kind & sweet I would eat there again and have to wait on us again
Went around 2:00pm 5/29 and was seated very quickly. Place was almost full but you couldn't tell since it was rather quiet. David, our waiter, came and took our order and was quickly brought out. Pretzel for appetizer was amazing and the cup of chili was delicious! (they also have a bowl size) I got the double trouble rib entree, wife had the St. Louis ribs and my SIL had the brisket grilled cheese. Everything was delicious! David was very tentative to everything we needed. I hope he's around when we come back (we live in South Florida) but would honored to be served by him again!To the waiter that was hosting the table across from us with the "chef" as a customer, I would like to give him respect in handling the customer. He handled the customer very professionally and in a manner that is unseen nowadays. Didn't get his name but I'm sure the manager would know since "the customer is always right" ?.Thank you again for the amazing service! Looking forward to seeing the staff again!!
The food was too pricey but delicious. Can you see the blue drink, well, I got that one because on the picture it supposed to go with some gummies with fish shape but.. No fish in there hahaha ? it was sooo good by the way, thank you for the experience ❤️❤️❤️
I had not been to this place in years it seems revamped on the inside. The decor was very nice, it had a nice vibe to it. I ordered the 19.99 combo 2meats (honey heat wings & 1/4 bbq chicken) & 2sides (broccoli & potato wedges). The meal in its entirety was seasoned well, served hot & well portioned. I will definitely return ????
Disgusting experience. The bartender put an eaten orange rind in my beer (instead of an actual orange slice), and the server brought it to my table like this. They have been reported to the Cumberland County Public Health Department.
We ordered baby back and Philly ribs it was delicious. we ordered to take out. Service was great. thank you.
The food is Awesome !! Kerry was our waiter and he was Excellent !! He was very friendly and explained what we ordered !! We will definitely be back if we ever get back down to Fayetteville !! We are from Salisbury,Maryland and would love for Smokey Bones to come there !! We ordered the Bone Fire !!
This food was great. I'm narrowing down my favorite BBQ joints near Fayetteville, NC. Becoming a fan of SC Mustard BBQ sauce around here.
We put in an online order for pickup and literally half of our order was a mess. Bacon cheese burger had no Mayo, no bacon. Just some cheese and jalapeños thrown on it. Cheese burger was literally just the patty and some cheese. Lettuce, tomatoes, Mayo was MIA. Ordered a side of garden salad and the salad was old and dry. The leaves were withering and changing color. After we got home and saw all of this we decided to drive back to have it remade and waited about 15-20 mins for our burgers to be fixed correctly. For the salad we were told literally that was how all the salad was and it was all there in 1 big bowl. So they don’t make ur salad from fresh ingredients? Just whatever is there out in the open that’s been there all day. My salad was completely inedible so I tossed it. I guess as of now if I want to eat here then I’ll have to dine in because this is the second time I’ve ordered through their website and both times, there was something wrong with my food.
Received the absolute worst service tonight. We barely received drink refills and the Brisket Sandwich that was $16 looked like something served at a pig pickin for $5. One of the managers finally asked us if we needed refills after almost 20 minutes of trying to signal our waitress. It was another 15 minutes before our actual waitress asked if we were ready for the ticket and finally another 10-15 before I’d had enough, got up, and asked the bartender to send someone, anyone to the table with our check so we could leave. The manager cashed us out and you can bet our waitress made a bee line to see what the problem was but didn’t have that enthusiasm to actually wait on us. Never again. I’d rather wait on McDonalds to fix the ice cream machine before I come back.
