The establishment is black owned which is a very good perk. When I went the only sides they had was rice and gravy and yams. I still ordered, I got the turkey wing plate with double rice and gravy. The rice portion was great but the turkey wing not so much. It was a decent size I wish you got two for the price but it’s understandable especially right now during these trying times. I was also expecting my turkey wing to have more of a smoked flavor and my gravy to be brown but otherwise it was okay. I would visit again and try the brisket. The lady doing orders was very sweet too ??
I stumbled upon this gem by chance one afternoon when looking on google for "places to eat near me". When I pulled up I was a bit skeptical in all honesty but GOOD GOD, this place is the best food I have had since moving down south. The brisket was unbelievable, the bbq sauce is out of this world, the staff extremely friendly, the cabbage was perfect.. It was a 10/10 experience from beginning to end. My son got the fried bbq chicken and he is a VERY picky eater and he cleared that plate. (I also snuck in a bite and it was delicious). I would recommend every one give this place a try... like, right now. The prices were a bit high, but when I saw the portion size it all made sense. The size of my plate covered me for lunch and dinner that day.
Food is really good and had a lot of flavor. The Spanish chick at the front desk was really kind & showed my family and I the definition of “Southern Hospitality “
This was the best southern food in Fayetteville by far that I’ve tasted, down to the Lemonade. My first time having fried ribs and I am very satisfied. I definitely have to go back for more!!! Highly recommended…..

Man listen, this is the best soul food in the Ville. Everything was great turkey wings, brisket, rice n gravy, cabbage, and mac n cheese!!!
We were Very disappointed for the price of the food you should give more of an adult serving. the mac&Cheese was very good but it was basically a child size serving and then they didn't have any corn bread for Cabbage and Beans that is just awful.the rice taste burnt. I would suggest the owner take a visit to sweet Georgia Brown in Dallas Texas and they really can show them how to give good portions for their prices, please take this as constructive criticism not being mean but We definitely wont be back.
The food wasn't good. My cabbage wasn't done the cornbread was soggy and the yams came from a can the turkey wing was good though. They have a sign that says cash only so after going back to get cash I saw someone else use a card. When I asked the cashier about this her reply was simply we prefer cash, well that's what the sign should say
