Paid $53 to be pulled up to wait on cold fries missing condiments. And to be short handed on the shrimp. Received a chicken tender sandwich after clearly asking for a chicken tenders. And after calling the manager I was informed that you get 5oz of shrimp per shrimp meal. Barley received 7oz of shrimp between both meals. Never again ?? complete waste of time. And don’t order the kids hotdog meal. It will be cold too
The worst service I've ever had at any Smithfield's. We were being rushed at ordering and still had our order wrong when we said they had the order wrong they still made us pay to FIX their mistakes! This place is in to much of a hurry and the sad part about it nobody was behind us.
Good food nice customer service, though sometimes they pull you up but it's a short wait by time I get parked their coming out with the order.
This restaurant is clean with a classic diner atmosphere. It is handicap friendly with adequate handicap seating available. The restroom facilities are kept clean and sanitized. Smithfield's have been a local favorite in Hope Mills for decades with a refreshing break from traditional fast food burgers.
I used to eat there everyday great food and amazing employees they just didn't respond well to me spending all my time in the kitchen.Honestly I thought they wouldn't mind it after I stole a uniform but turns out that infact makes it worse anywho great place and amazing food all the workers need/deserve a raise
The service was fantastic! I've not had service this great in a long time - it made the good food taste that much better!
I have only had one issue here which was a simple misunderstanding and the staff apologized profusely. The food is pretty good for what it is and the staff is extremely friendly.
Love the BBQ....always delicious
First time I've not been 100% satisfied. The chicken and pulled pork were less than stellar. Even the Red Sauce couldn't make the meal a winner. Can't remember ever not being happy before this trip. It won't deter me from going back but the prices will.
