Attitudes of staff working was not very welcoming along with their AC not working. It was 78 degrees in the restaurant. Our food was sub par. The loaded baked potato soup was terrible, tasted old and looks nothing like the picture, more like mashed potatoes. The bathroom really needed some attention considering a staff member had just walked out and didn’t replace the empty toilet paper and looked like a complete disaster with the doors falling off the hinges and toilet seats that needed replaced 5 years ago…. Hate to leave a bad review but hoping they can get their stuff together and make it better!
Waited around at the front cashier for over 5 minutes and left. I have had good experiences at most Schlotzkys in 3 other states but not this one. Went in at 6pm on a Friday with my lady and none of the 3 employees greeted or acknowledged us. They actively avoided making eye contact.We left after that, disappointed.There was one car in the drive thru and one dine in table currently eating.
The young lady that took my order was amazing! She was sweet, attentive and proud of herself. The food was wonderful. The taste was on point. The manager was attentive as well. The restaurant was spotless. I don't know why this place was not packed for lunch?

Service was less than subpar, it’s always a turn off when the employees act like you’re inconveniencing them when all you’re doing is ordering m. Also apparently it’s very hard to remember to add the onions to the French dip which only has 4 total ingredients. Definitely not worth the price and I will not be going back.
I haven't been to one of these in many years and was excited to eat there. all the employees were sitting in the dining room playing with their cell phones. charging cords all across the floors. the employee and manager came to take our order then went to the back to make it. short staffed???? not sure. the minute we sat down with our food, they went back to the dining room and played on their phones again. I thought it very unprofessional and they're being paid to work not play. plenty of cleaning needed to be done. food was ok, but not impressed with the establishment.
Always enjoy it fast friendly service and the food is always great. And the restaurant is always clean and in great condition. Great job you guys!! ??
This was my first dining experience at Schlotzskys. I love Reubins. I know Reubins. This isnt it. Please add some zesty sauce, even Thousand Island would be better then the bland nothingness. Also please degrease your corned beef it makes the bread weak and drips on my shirt. Speaking of bread...pumpernickle rye is always the best choice. But then you arnte a sandwich shop, oh wait you are, supposedly.
