I purchased the Scallops and Steak. They only gave me 3 scallops and 3 shrimp I didn’t ask for. There was no sauce on the food no flavor. Some lettuce and carrots called a salad with water down dressing. I didn’t get the soup that was supposed to come with it . You can tell from the steak it was cook and placed on plate with no sauce or seasoning and this was 36.00 dollars I will never get take out from them again. I went on May 29 , 2022 around 2 pm .

Loved this restaurant. My first time going to samurai our Chef was very much a ppl person and kept the vibes good the whole time he was cooking. Food was delicious, I will say for the price your paying there could be less fillers like noodles and rice and more meat. I would go again for a special night out.In case your wondering five ppl plus five drinks six mixed drinks ( that are delicious ?) and five chicken meals was about 220 in total.

4.5 overallInside and overall experience could be cleaned up a bit, but considering this isn't a 5 star restaurant great experience for the price point in Fayetteville. The portions are HUGE! 2-3 times larger than a normal portion. Even the kids is huge - great vaule all around. They don't skip out on the meat either! Rice was yummy think grill/smoke/Asian flavor even the kids loved. The cheifs were nice and welcoming to our kids which they loved. Sushi was pretty good too.

I love their Poke bowl, you choose the size and add-ins of your choice of proteins, rice and sauces. Soooo darn good. Mmmm, yummy ? Look forward to trying it again.

The night I went, it was packed! But I made some good conversation with the bartender while I waited. When I got back to my hotel and dove into this delicious meal, that fried rice serving might as well be considered bottomless because there was so much of it! And it tasted delicious ?? the reviews are true, best deal in town for the amount of food you get!

Ordered online. Plate on the left was supposed to be steak & chicken, notated that there was a shellfish allergy and they put shrimp instead of steak. Second plate was missing the rice. Vegetables were barely cooked. Chicken clearly barely has any kind of sauce/seasoning on it. Called the restaurant and their response was “we’ve got a new chef and can’t fix it” not at all worth the $60 it cost. Wont be returning. Honestly better off going to Osaka for less than half the cost of this.

We came to Samurai, spur of the moment after having another reservations fall through else where in Fayetteville. And honestly the best thing I can say is that we actually got a seat here. Compared to Samurais competition in Fayetteville alone it falls short. The service was shabby, the food was drab and the place was dingy. There are to many other Japanese style steakhouses in Fayetteville to be able to recommend Samurai unless you can't get in anywhere else. The only thing worth eating was the filet mignon and the price made even that a sore subject. The mixed drinks were pretty good but that still wasn't a saving grace.

the food was outstanding and cooked perfectly

My family and I made an unplanned trip here for lunch today and it was a happy accident! The food was good and so was the service. It put a smile on everyone’s faces.

Generous portions. Hospitable service.
