Dropped into RT to grab some dinner with my wife. The young lady that waited on us (Melody), was amazing. Greeted us right away, took our drink order. Then proceeded to take our order. Never writing anything down, took our order with a few substitutions. She was very vigilant at tending to our needs, drink refills, made sure our food was out in a timely manner. Turned out to be a very pleasant dining experience. Thank you Melody for taking g such good care of us. We will be back.?
The service was good. They were very busy but the food came pretty quickly. I had a steak and it was great. It was nice to be able to choose keto veggies instead of potatoes. My husband had a huge burger and fries that he couldn't finish. The price was very reasonable.
A fine meal for a fine price. I always dug Ruby Tuesdays. Not sure why bar and grill chains are getting so much heat these days. They're as fantastic as they were at their peak of popularity in the. I'd 90s. Yes I'd like the salad bar up grade.
If I could give zero stars I would I was told after ordering nachos they were out of chips and then when I ordered a chicken, cheese, black bean quesadilla it was sent to me soggy and grease-filled with hardly NO meat/cheese and then I was told they had no salsa either… so I put in a large order for takeout dinner and got attitude from the bartender who called me “another annoying cracker” obviously she didn’t think I heard her!!! I will NEVER come back again!!!
Food was ok. Portions were very small. Service was substandard. Long wait times because they are seating half restaurant. And I understand we're still playing the covid game so the seating issue and wait times are longer I get it. But then why have the waitress bring you a portal to self pay your bill that was as dirty as a bathroom at a bus station.
There will be a wait because this place is busy most nights. Great food and fast waitresses that do an outstanding job. Clean and nice atmosphere. If your near I recommend you give this place a try.
This place has gone down hill quickly.Lacking qualified help, using 25% of the tables...which means a long wait.The food took an hour and a half.... and it was wrong. Waited 20 minutes for the check, and the check was wrong.Not the first time we've had bad service here.Won't be going back. It sucked
Had dinner tonight. Salad bar was crisp - first salad bar in 2 years! Chicken was done just right as was the grilled zucchini. And our server was great. Highly recommended!
Walked in to place a to go order a customer was being waited on so I got in line I was next a gentle came in went to end of bar and they take his order first. I told I guess the bartender she handed me a menu and told me get behind the gentleman. I was like I was 1st but she didn't say anything so I left
They were under staffeded, but eveyonr pitched in and the service was ok. The food was very good. We enjoyed the 2 for $22. Since we were on the road we didn't want any leftovers. The serving sizes were perfect for us.
