Wow where should I start? Taylor our server had a very rude attitude!!! The food was terrible not to mention my Wife did not get the food she ordered at all. Once the other four of us had eaten our food Taylor finally as my Wife did she still want her food? Flat out poor customer service!!! Now we see why the place was practically empty on a Friday afternoon on graduation day. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone!!! The only reason I bothered to give any gratuity at all. We are a Christian family and practice these belives and values "Treat other as you would like to be treated".

Tonight my family and I had an early dinner at Ruby Tuesday. What made our dining experience excellent was our waitress. She was very attentive to us and brought everything out hot and fresh. Her name is Sharese! If you guys go there she is the one to have! Thank you Sharese for being an amazing representation of Ruby Tuesday. She was happy at work and you don’t see that often.
Went out Saturday night and had a great time. Dinner was good, a little slow but that's the norm now everywhere. But the staff couldn't have been any friendlier. We all laughed and had a good time the whole time we were there. Thanks for a good time you guys ?
This place needs an overhaul. Just to start with, get new carpet or tile floors, as you walk the floor sticks to the bottom of your shoes. Ok, second, it’s so dim and dark and gloomy in the restaurant. Lighten up the atmosphere inside. Last but not least, have a more attentive wait staff better training or better people figure it out. The food was OK nothing to write home about. Salad bar was good…
Finally this Ruby Tuesday is on point. Excellent service from Sharese!!! Food & salad bar were amazing. This time last year I swore I wouldn’t go back & after tonight it will be one of my go too restaurants!
Best experience ever at Ruby Tuesday! Food arrived very quickly and was hot. Our server, Sharese R. was extremely polite and super efficient. Highly recommended!
Service was not that good, had to wait so long that the host had to come and take our order. It was not that busy, only about 4 tables including ours had people at them. Had to re-clean how are you 10 toes and the tray the shrimp appetizer came on spoke volumes. My Philly cheese "sub" was thick chunks of meat and the cheese was still in chilled clumps. My friends bourbon salmon was is overcooked and the sides looked like they had been thrown on the plate from across the room.
The staff was nice but the mac and cheese was cold the manager was nice and took off 7.oo dollars iff our bill
Had a late lunch at Ruby Tuesday’s off Owen Street and the food was delicious! The bartender, I can’t remember her name but she made the most amazing Bloody Mary! If you go show her this picture and tell her to make it just like this! It was amazing. The shrimp fondue (I got extra shrimp in it) was delicious also. Sharese was super sweet and super awesome and I can’t wait to visit again, the staff is great and the food is delicious and it’s not crowded with a long wait.
