Back in May we placed a mobile order, and everything got messed up. They charged me twice and I didn’t get what I ordered. I tried calling but no one ever answered. I complained to corporate and Guest Relations was supposed to take care of it but they never refunded my money. It has been weeks and I haven’t heard anything. We were going to eat there tonight for my daughter’s bday but now I am remembering our last experience and thinking that’s not such a great idea.
We had a birthday party of about 20 people. Our waitress was amazing. I really wish I would have gotten here name. There were about 6 or 7 different tickets between all of us. She keep up with all orders. Nothing was messed up. Great job kitchen staff. Food was good.
Food was absolutely awesome and the pinnaple shake was my savior ? services was bit slow but they're attentive and kind.
We went two times within the last month. The first time we went our waitress was on top of refills and checking in. My husbands burger came out want was so raw they had to remake it. We waited 20 mins for his burger to be recooked. The second time was a mess. The waitress was very nice, but we waited 15 mins for drinks, never got our refill fries until we paid and were getting up from our table. The apps came out with our food which was a 30 min wait. I understand people are short staffed but half the time the staff was standing in the kitchen laughing and joking.Redrobin also has this set up where someone aside from your waiter/waitress brings your drinks. I understand this is to take some of load off of your waitress. However, if you have someone getting drinks for the 10 tables just sat you will be waiting awhile. Im not sure this new method really helps. Especially when we got items brought to us that were not even ours on 3 occasions and recieved a look from the staff as if it was our fault. Overall the food was good once recieved minus the undercooked burger. The service was okay nothing over the top.
Great burgers today. All cooked nicely and not dry. Had the freckled lemonade strawberry cake. It was great. Service was fantastic today. Enjoyable meal.
It was not the first time I have been to a RR, so I knew what to expect. I got the scorpion burger and was a bit disappointed. It wasn't as hot as I thought it would be and the fried jalapenos were soft and tasted like they had been sitting for a while. I was starving, so I crushed it anyway. I will not be ordering it again though. Other than that the rest of the food was good and the service was good. It wasn't that busy either.
I ordered my all time favorite teriyaki chicken and was disappointed that the ends of the chicken were dry and curled, and the cheese felt like plastic when I was chewing it. I even stopped and pulled what did not feel like food out of my mouth just to realize it was indeed “food”. I haven’t eaten at that restaurant for many months and because of the poor quality of my go to dish, they probably won’t see our patronage again.
Do not know where to begin, was meeting another couple for dinner, got our appetizers and drinks quick, but the food? An hour later! Would not have gotten it then if we hadn't said anything, when we finally got it! ICE COLD! (No thank you) I understand places are short staff, but that shouldn't affect services, places have been short staff before all this we got going on. Hadn't we knew before they were short staff up front, we would understand the wait. Note the drink glasses in the picture, same drink different glasses.
NEVER COMING BACK TO THIS LOCATION! Waited over one hour for our food. ICED TEA was warm no ice. Was told their ice machine was broken but other servers delivered drinks with ice after we were served warm drinks. We did not get our food until we demanded to speak with manager. Also, never got silverware or napkins . Had to get up and find someone to get them for us. We ordered donuts with manager and never received them. Totally discussed with this restaurant!
